探讨经鼻高流量湿化氧疗下非插管全麻应用于老年女性患者行输尿管镜碎石术的可行性  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the feasibility of non-cannula general anesthesia under nasal high flow humidified oxygen therapy in elderly female patients undergoing ureteroscopic lithotripsy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、拟行输尿管镜碎石术年龄65～89岁女性患者； 2、ASA分级II～III级； 3、患者神志清楚，能正常交流； 4、BMI 18~30 kg/m2； 5、预计手术时间1 h以内。

Inclusion criteria

1. Ureteroscopic lithotripsy was performed in a female patient aged 65-89 years; 2. ASA Grade II to III; 3. Patient is conscious and communicating normally; 4. BMI 18~30 kg/m2; 5. The operation time is expected to be less than 1 hour.

排除标准：

1.有睡眠呼吸暂停综合征、哮喘、严重的呼吸功能不全、近一周有新冠感染病史者； 2.有心肌梗死或难以控制的高血压、高危冠脉疾病； 3.严重肝肾功能不全； 4.有胃食管反流者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with sleep apnea syndrome, asthma, severe respiratory insufficiency, and a history of COVID-19 infection within the past week; 2. Have myocardial infarction or uncontrolled high blood pressure, high-risk coronary artery disease; 3. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 4. People with gastroesophageal reflux.
