研究目的：

1.挖掘“通督调神”电针治疗失眠症的代谢组学靶点，探索电针干预失眠症的效应机制及相关代谢通路； 2.客观评价“通督调神”电针干预失眠症患者的临床疗效，并基于代谢组学技术寻找失眠症潜在的生物标志物  

Objectives of Study：

1.To explore the metabonomic target of electroacupuncture for insomnia, and explore the effect mechanism and related metabolic pathway of electroacupuncture for insomnia; 2.Objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture "Tongdu Tiaoshen" in the treatment of insomnia, and search for potential biomarkers of insomnia based on metabonomics technology.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 失眠症纳入标准 (1)年龄为18-60岁；(2)符合ICSD-3诊断标准；(3)5分＜PSQI＜17分；(4)未接受精神类药物治疗；(5)无沟通和认知障碍，可对智能手机进行基本操作；(6)签署知情同意书。 2. 健康人纳入标准 (1)经过问诊及健康检查，血常规、肝功、肾功、心电图、血糖、血脂正常；身体健康，既往无器质性或功能性疾病、精神疾患者；(2)年龄在18至60周岁之间；(3)近期未参加其他临床研究；（4）自愿参加本试验，同意并且签署本试验知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Insomnia disorder is included in the standard. (1) the age is 18-60 years old; (2) Conforming to ICSD-3 diagnostic criteria; (3)5 points < psqi < 17 points; (4) Not receiving psychotropic drugs; (5) There is no communication and cognitive obstacle, and basic operation can be performed on the smart phone; (6) Sign the informed consent form. 2. Inclusion criteria for healthy people (1) After consultation and health examination, blood routine, liver function, kidney function, electrocardiogram, blood sugar and blood lipid are normal; Good health, no patients with organic or functional diseases or mental illness in the past; (2) aged between 18 and 60; (3) Not participating in other clinical studies recently; (4) Participate in this experiment voluntarily, and agree and sign the informed consent form of this experiment.

排除标准：

1. 失眠症排除标准 (1)神经内分泌、心脑血管、造血系统、肿瘤等严重疾病;(2)抑郁症，焦虑症，精神分裂症或其他严重精神疾病引起的睡眠障碍，HAMA评分>14分和(或)HAMD评分>17分；(3)其他睡眠障碍疾病，或基线时在睡眠监测(PPSG)上发现任何其他睡眠障碍，如阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停，快速眼动(REM)睡眠障碍或不宁腿综合征；(4)怀孕或者哺乳期等不适宜接受针刺治疗者；(5)过去一个月曾接受针刺治疗失眠者；(6)酒精和/或其他药物滥用或依赖者。 2. 健康受试者排除标准 (1)妊娠期、哺乳期女性； (2)酗酒、嗜烟者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Insomnia disorder exclusion criteria (1) serious diseases such as neuroendocrine, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, hematopoietic system and tumors; (2) Sleep disorder caused by depression, anxiety, schizophrenia or other serious mental illness, HAMA score > 14 and/or HAMD score > 17; (3) Other sleep disorders, or any other sleep disorders found on sleep monitoring (PPSG) at baseline, such as obstructive sleep apnea, rapid eye movement (REM) sleep disorder or restless legs syndrome; (4) those who are not suitable for acupuncture treatment during pregnancy or lactation; (5) Those who have received acupuncture treatment for insomnia in the past month; (6) Alcohol and/or other drug abusers or addicts. 2. Exclusion criteria for healthy subjects (1) pregnant and lactating women; (2) Alcoholics and smokers.1.
