研究目的：

一项单中心、前瞻性、随机对照临床研究，探讨熵指数联合SPI为指导的全身麻醉对经尿道碎石术的老年患者恢复质量的影响，为临床麻醉用药提供理论指导。  

Objectives of Study：

A single-center, prospective, randomized controlled clinical study exploring the effect of entropy index combined with SPI-guided general anesthesia on the quality of recovery in elderly patients undergoing transurethral lithotripsy provides theoretical guidance for clinical anesthetic medication.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于60岁； （2）择期行泌尿外科经尿道碎石术； （3）美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级I～Ⅲ级； （4）术前意识清楚，无听力障碍，无交流障碍； （5）无严重心脏、肝脏、肾脏和肺脏疾病； （6）无严重内分泌系统疾病； （7）无中枢系统损伤和疾病；

Inclusion criteria

1. Age is over 60 years old; 2.(2) Transurethral lithotripsy in elective urology; 3.(3) American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I~Ⅲ; 4.(4) Clear preoperative consciousness, no hearing impairment, no communication impairment; 5.(5) No serious heart, liver, kidney and lung diseases; 6.(6) No serious endocrine system diseases; 7.(7) No central system injury and disease;

排除标准：

1.年龄小于60岁； （2）急诊手术患者； （3）合并听力障碍或交流障碍者，无自主行为能力或拒绝者； （4）合并原发性癫痫、脑电图异常，脑梗塞或脑血管病变等合并症； （5）滥用酒精或精神类药物者，近1个月内曾使用镇静药或阿片类药物； （6）近期3月头部外伤、脑出血、脑肿瘤等中枢神经系统病变者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Less than 60 years old; 2.(2) Patients with emergency surgery; 3.(3) Patients with hearing impairment or communication impairment, and those who have no ability to act independently or refuse; 4.(4) Primary epilepsy, EEG abnormalities, cerebral infarction or cerebrovascular disease and other complications; 5.(5) Those who abuse alcohol or psychotropic drugs have used sedatives or opioids in the past 1 month; 6.(6) Head trauma, cerebral hemorrhage, brain tumor and other central nervous system lesions in the past three months;
