研究目的：

通过探求对病态肥胖患者进行个体化潮气量，个体化的PEEP设定，达到个体化呼吸机械功，从而达到个体化的围术期肺保护的策略。  

Objectives of Study：

Strategies to achieve individualised perioperative lung protection by exploring individualised tidal volumes, individualised PEEP settings and achieving individualised respiratory mechanical work in morbidly obese patients.

纳入标准：

获得安徽医科大学第一附属医院伦理委员会的通过。研究病态肥胖患者（BMI>35kg/m2）胃减容术患者中病例纳入前向患者充分告知研究获益及风险等事宜，获得参与者同意，签署知情同意书后方可纳入试验，可随时、无理由要求退出。

Inclusion criteria

Approval was obtained from the Ethics Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University. Study morbidly obese patients (BMI>35kg/m2) in gastric reduction patients cases before inclusion to patients fully informed of the study benefits and risks and other matters, to obtain the consent of the participants to sign the informed consent form before inclusion in the trial, can be withdrawn at any time and without reason request.

排除标准：

1.拒绝参与实验，不签知情同意书者； 2.患者近4周有上呼吸道感染症状或肺部感染症状疾病，胸部X片提示肺炎； 3.有胸腔积液； 4.有影响胸廓及肺顺应性的疾病如鸡胸、漏斗胸、胸部外伤及手术史、慢性阻塞性肺气肿和急性呼吸窘迫综合征等； 5.有神经肌肉功能障碍病史； 6.有严重心血管事件、肺、肾及造血系统疾病等；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Refuse to participate in the experiment and do not sign the informed consent; 2. The patient had symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection or pulmonary infection in the past 4 weeks, and chest X-ray showed pneumonia; 3. Pleural effusion; 4. Diseases affecting thoracic and lung compliance, such as chicken breast, pectus excavatum, chest trauma and surgical history, chronic obstructive emphysema and acute respiratory distress syndrome; 5. History of neuromuscular dysfunction; 6. Severe cardiovascular events, lung, kidney and hematopoietic diseases;
