描述术锐单孔内窥镜手术系统在泌尿外科临床使用的安全性和有效性  

Objectives of Study：

To describe the safety and efficacy of the single-orifice endoscopic surgery system in urology

纳入标准：

（肾盂成形术） 需要进行肾盂成形术治疗UPJO患者； 年龄18-75岁，性别不限； 同意签署知情同意书并能遵循医嘱、定期复诊随访者。 （肾上腺肿瘤切除术） 需要进行肾上腺肿瘤切除术治疗肾上腺肿物的患者； 腺瘤小于4cm 年龄18-75岁，性别不限； 同意签署知情同意书并能遵循医嘱、定期复诊随访者。 （肾部分切除术） 需要进行肾部分切除治疗的符合适应症者； 年龄18-75岁，性别不限； 同意签署知情同意书并能遵循医嘱、定期复诊随访者。 （前列腺癌根治术） 需要进行前列腺癌根治术的前列腺癌患者； 18-75岁男性； 同意签署知情同意书并能遵循医嘱、定期复诊随访者。

Inclusion criteria

(pyeloplasty) Pyeloplasty is required for UPJO patients; Age 18-75 years old, gender unlimited; Agree to sign informed consent forms and be able to follow medical advice and regular follow-up visits. (Excision of adrenal tumor) Patients requiring adrenal tumor resection to treat adrenal masses; Adenoma less than 4cm Age 18-75 years old, gender unlimited; Agree to sign informed consent forms and be able to follow medical advice and regular follow-up visits. (partial nephrectomy) Eligible patients requiring partial nephrectomy; Age 18-75 years old, gender unlimited; Agree to sign informed consent forms and be able to follow medical advice and regular follow-up visits. (Radical resection of prostate cancer) Prostate cancer patients requiring radical prostate cancer surgery; Men aged 18-75; Agree to sign informed consent forms and be able to follow medical advice and regular follow-up visits.

排除标准：

不符合入选标准； 有严重未控制的疾病及急性感染者； 有心脑血管疾病、血液系统疾病及糖尿病且控制情况不能达到手术标准者； 有免疫系统疾病，且控制情况不能达到手术标准者； 有智力问题及精神疾患的患者； 既往腹盆部手术史，腹盆腔粘连严重患者；

Exclusion criteria：

Does not meet the inclusion criteria; There are serious uncontrolled diseases and acute infections; Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, blood system diseases and diabetes, and their control conditions cannot meet surgical standards; Patients with immune system diseases whose control conditions cannot meet surgical standards; Patients with intellectual problems and mental disorders; Patients with a history of abdominal and pelvic surgery and severe abdominal and pelvic adhesions;
