研究目的：

提高患儿照护者的照护能力，以期改善患儿血糖管理。  

Objectives of Study：

To improve the ability of caregivers to care for children in order to improve blood glucose management

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患儿纳入标准：(1)符合1型糖尿病诊断标准的初发1型糖尿病患儿；(2)病 程≤6个月；（3）年龄：≤7周岁；(4)出院后在本院随访。
2.照护者纳入标准：(1)父母是患儿的主要照护者；(2)住院期间每天照顾患 儿时长≥8小时，出院后仍担负主要照护责任；(3)学历：小学及以上；(4)会使用智 能手机；(5)具备基本的阅读和理解能力；(6)自愿参加并且签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Inclusion criteria for children: (1) Newly diagnosed children with type 1 diabetes who met the diagnostic criteria for type 1 diabetes; (2) Duration ≤6 months; (3) Age: ≤7 years old; (4) Follow up in our hospital after discharge.
2.Caregiver inclusion criteria: (1) Parents are the primary caregivers of children; (2) Taking care of the patient for more than 8 hours a day during the hospitalization, and still taking the main care responsibility after discharge; (3) Education: primary school or above; (4) can use smart phone; (5) Basic reading and comprehension skills; (6) Voluntarily participate in and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.患儿排除标准：(1)患儿伴有其他慢性疾病；(2)患儿的亲兄弟姐妹患有慢性疾病。
2.照护者排除标准：(1)自身患有严重的慢性病；(2)交流障碍、认知障碍 者、精神障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Exclusion criteria for children: (1) children with other chronic diseases; (2) The child's siblings suffer from chronic diseases.
2.Exclusion criteria for caregivers: (1) they themselves have serious chronic diseases; (2) Communication disorders, cognitive disorders, mental disorders.
