研究目的：

反流误吸是围麻醉期的严重并发症之一，胃内容物的误吸可引起呼吸困难、肺水肿、急性呼吸窘迫以及心、肺功能衰竭甚至死亡。既往研究显示老年患者是围术期发生反流误吸的高风险人群，预防高龄老人围术期返流误吸仍是医护工作者关注的重要问题。近年来，随着床旁超声的普及和超声技术的发展，使用床旁超声观察胃窦面积，计算胃内容物的质和量可以客观评估反流误吸风险。因此，本项目拟通过胃超声检查评估老年患者常规禁食禁饮以及禁饮2小时后胃容量，判断老年患者胃潴留情况，并筛选返流误吸高危因素，建立预警模型，以实现早期预警，从而预防反流误吸发生。  

Objectives of Study：

Reflux aspiration is one of the serious complications in peri-anesthesia. Aspiration of stomach contents can cause dyspnea, pulmonary edema, acute respiratory distress, heart and lung failure and even death. Previous studies have shown that elderly patients are at high risk for perioperative reflux aspiration. Prevention of perioperative reflux aspiration in elderly people is still an important issue for medical workers. In recent years, with the popularization of bedside ultrasound and the development of ultrasound technology, the use of bedside ultrasound to observe the gastric antrum area and calculate the quality and quantity of gastric contents can objectively assess the risk of reflux aspiration. Therefore, this project intended to evaluate the gastric capacity of elderly patients with routine fasting and 2-hour abstention through gastric ultrasound, judge the gastric retention of elderly patients, screen the high-risk factors of reflux aspiration, and establish an early warning model to achieve early warning and prevent the occurrence of reflux aspiration.

纳入标准：

（1）ASAⅠ~ III 级 （2）严格遵守 ASA 禁食禁饮指南（无渣饮料最短禁饮 2h，牛奶等液体乳制品为 6h，淀粉类固体食物、油炸、脂肪及肉类食物最短禁食 8h）。 （3）已签署知情同意

Inclusion criteria

(1) ASA Level I to III (2) Strictly abide by the ASA fasting and forbidden guidelines (minimum 2h for non-residue beverages, 6h for milk and other liquid dairy products, minimum 8h for starchy solid foods, fried, fat and meat foods). (3) Informed consent has been signed

排除标准：

（1）患有胃食管反流、胃排空延迟、或者梗阻的患者； （2）患有食管、胃、十二指肠出血、溃疡、急性穿孔等疾病； （3）有沟通交流障碍的患者，以及依从性差的患者； （4）有精神疾病，嗜睡或药物滥用者； （5）有肝肾等主要器官功能严重异常；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with gastroesophageal reflux, delayed gastric emptying, or obstruction; (2) Suffering from esophageal, stomach, duodenal bleeding, ulcer, acute perforation and other diseases; (3) Patients with communication difficulties, and patients with poor compliance (4) patients with mental illness, lethargy or substance abuse; (5) serious abnormal function of major organs such as liver and kidney;
