研究目的：

探究不同分型心力衰竭的中医症候，同时通过转录组学、蛋白组学、蛋白组学、肠道菌群、口腔样本转录组等多组学多维度的方法，探究中医症候的生物学基础，寻求不同分型心力衰竭的潜在治疗靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

Through multi-omics approaches including transcriptomics, proteomics, gut microbiota profiling, and oral sample transcriptomics, this study aims to investigate the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndromes associated with different subtypes of heart failure and elucidate their biological basis. The study seeks to identify potential therapeutic targets for various subtypes of heart failure.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合射血分数降低型心力衰竭及射血分数保留型心力衰竭诊断； （2）年龄25～80岁； （3）患者基本资料齐全，能坚持服药、具备随访条件； （4）患者及其家属知晓本研究的目的，签署知情同意书，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) and heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF); (2) Age between 25 and 80 years; (3) Complete patient information, able to adhere to medication, and capable of follow-up; (4) The patient and their family are informed of the purpose of this study, have signed the informed consent form, and voluntarily agree to participate.

排除标准：

（1）合并限制型（浸润性）心肌病、先天性心脏病 （2）急性冠脉综合征 （3）近90天内（住院患者按照入院时间算起）有支架置入、冠脉搭桥病史、有植入过永久起搏器、植入式除颤器； （4）患有精神病、传染病患者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Combined with restrictive (infiltrative) cardiomyopathy or congenital heart disease; (2) Acute coronary syndrome; (3) History of stent placement, coronary artery bypass grafting, permanent pacemaker implantation, or implantable defibrillator within the past 90 days (calculated from the admission date for inpatients); (4) Patients with psychiatric disorders or infectious diseases.
