Objectives of Study：

To initially construct a clinical staging and decision-making system for recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

原发性肝癌首次行根治性切除且术后病理证实为肝细胞癌；术前未接受过靶向、免疫、放疗、化疗等其他治疗手段；复发时经过CT/MRI/肝脏超声造影等多种影像学评估结合病史及肿瘤标志物或者病理穿刺活检证实为肝细胞癌。

Inclusion criteria

Primary liver cancer underwent radical resection for the first time and postoperative pathology confirmed it to be hepatocellular carcinoma; no other treatment methods such as targeted, immune, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, etc. were received before surgery; CT/MRI/liver contrast-enhanced ultrasound and other treatments were used when recurrence Imaging evaluation combined with medical history and tumor markers or pathological biopsy confirmed hepatocellular carcinoma.

排除标准：

肝脏转移肿瘤、胆管源性细胞癌、混合型肝癌等肝脏其他类型恶性肿瘤；伴随其他恶性肿瘤病史；患者临床病理资料及随访资料不全或缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

Liver metastatic tumors, cholangiocarcinoma, mixed liver cancer and other types of liver malignant tumors; accompanied by a history of other malignant tumors; the patient's clinical pathological data and follow-up data are incomplete or missing.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

First, a case record form (CRF) is designed to record each patient's basic information, disease history, treatment status, and follow-up data in detail. Then, all collected information is accurately entered into an electronic data collection and management system (EDC), such as ResMan, to achieve electronic management of data. The EDC system supports real-time quality monitoring and secure storage of data, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. This process aims to provide reliable data support for research and ensure the scientificity and validity of the results.
