研究目的：

本研究的目的是比较三种不同治疗方法（抗VEGF单药、地塞米松眼内植入剂单药及联合治疗） 对糖尿病黄斑水肿治疗的有效性及安全性，探讨优选治疗方式  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy and safety of three different treatment methods (anti VEGF single drug, dexamethasone intraocular implant single drug and combination treatment) in the treatment of diabetes macular edema, and to explore the optimal treatment method

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1: 单眼或双眼确诊糖尿病黄斑水肿，研究眼黄斑中心视网膜厚度大于300微米；最佳矫正视力≥0.05 2: 血糖稳定1周以上 3: 既往三个月内无眼底激光、注药及内眼手术 4: 既往一个月内无球旁注射治疗史 5：男女不限，年龄50-75岁

Inclusion criteria

1: The macular edema of diabetes was confirmed with one or both eyes, and the central retinal thickness of 1: 1: The macula of the studied eye was more than 300 μ m.Best corrected visual acuity ≥ 0.05 2: Stable blood sugar for more than 1 week 3: No fundus laser, medication injection, or intraocular surgery within the past three months 4: No previous history of parabulbar injection therapy within one month 5: Male or female, aged 50-75

排除标准：

1: 合并影响治疗及结果判断的其他眼前节及眼底疾病 2: 存在引起黄斑水肿的其他疾病 3: 合并严重心脑血管疾病或肾功能衰竭，不能配合研究方案进行治疗及随访 4: 预期三个月内有可能需要接受内眼或全身手术患者

Exclusion criteria：

1: Merge other anterior segment and fundus diseases that affect treatment and outcome judgment 2: Other diseases that cause macular edema 3: Complicated with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or renal failure, unable to cooperate with the research plan for treatment and follow-up 4: It is expected that patients may need to undergo internal eye or systemic surgery within three months
