研究目的：

本研究的目的是评价一段后路清创、自体结构移植联合钛网笼体间融合和后路固定治疗伴有显著椎体破坏腰骶结核的疗效和可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and feasibility of one-stage posterior debridement, interbody fusion using structural autograft combined titanium mesh cage, and posterior instrumentation for treatment of lumbosacral tuberculosiswith significant vertebral body loss.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

腰骶结核患者，
伴椎体骨质严重破坏，
手术指征明确。

Inclusion criteria

1. Lumbosacral tuberculosis patients;
2. With severe vertebral bone destruction;
3. Patients with clear surgical indications.

排除标准：

既往目标节段有手术历史的患者；
合并感染、肿瘤、骨折等情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with previous surgical history of target segments;
2. With infection, tumor, fracture, etc.
