研究目的: |
全膝关节置换术(Total knee arthroplasty,TKA)是一种治疗膝骨关节炎的有效疗法。根据是否使用机器人辅助可分为传统手工TKA和机器人辅助TKA。相对于传统手工TKA,机器人辅助TKA可以提高手术的精度,减少手术中可能出现的错误,改善患者的预后,且可以实现远程诊疗。但是机器人辅助TKA的截骨计划是基于患者的CT模型,而传统手工TKA的截骨计划是基于术中工具测量。 在临床实践中我们发现,机器人定位的股骨髁上轴(transepicondylar axis, TEA)和股骨后髁轴(posterior condylar axis, PCA)相比传统手工TKA测量的外旋更大。为了验证这种临床现象是否存在普遍性以及找到导致这种差异的原因,我们设计了该前瞻性研究。 |

Objectives of Study: |
Total knee arthroplasty (TKA) is an effective treatment for osteoarthritis of the knee. It can be categorized into traditional manual TKA and robot-assisted TKA according to the use of robot-assisted TKA or not, which can improve the precision of the surgery, reduce the possible errors during the surgery, improve the prognosis of the patients, and enable remote consultation compared with the traditional manual TKA. However, the osteotomy plan for robot-assisted TKA is based on a CT model of the patient, whereas the osteotomy plan for traditional manual TKA is based on intraoperative tool measurements. In clinical practice, we found that the robotically positioned trochanteric epicondylar axis (TEA) and posterior condylar axis (PCA) of the femur had greater external rotation compared to those measured by conventional manual TKA. This prospective study was designed to verify whether this clinical phenomenon is generalizable and to find the reasons for this discrepancy. |

年龄80岁以下的膝关节骨关节炎患者,拟行单侧机器人辅助全膝关节置换术,且患者有自主行为能力,愿意遵从研究指导并完成要求的所有随访并签署知情同意书。 |

Inclusion criteria |
Patients under 80 years of age with osteoarthritis of the knee joints, proposed to undergo unilateral robot-assisted total knee arthroplasty, who are capable of autonomous behavior, willing to follow study instructions and complete all required follow-up visits and sign an informed consent form. |

排除标准: |
外翻膝(外翻>0°);重度屈曲挛缩畸形(屈曲挛缩角度>15°);重度膝内翻畸形(内翻>15°); |

|
Exclusion criteria: |
Patients with valgus knee (valgus >0°), severe flexion contracture deformity (flexion contracture >15°), severe varus knee (>15°); combined hematologic related disorders; and patients taking medications affecting the coagulation system within 1 month prior to surgery will be excluded from the trial. |
