研究目的：

建立以踝关节磁共振（MRI）影像3分4级评分标准为基础的影像学评估方法，验证补肾愈骨方联合早期功能康复干预改良的外踝韧带修复术（Brostrom-Gould术）后早期韧带腱骨愈合效果及踝关节功能恢复效果，及提高患者远期踝关节功能的效果，最后将影像学评估方法结合患者术后远期功能评分进行检验和优化，以获得基于术后近期影像学指标预测患者术后远期预后的方法  

Objectives of Study：

To establish an imaging evaluation method based on the 3-point and 4-level scoring criteria of ankle magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and verify the effect of early ligament tendon healing and ankle function recovery after improved external ankle ligament repair (Brostrom-Gould surgery) by Bushenyugufang combined with early functional rehabilitation intervention, as well as the effect of improving the long-term ankle function of patients. Finally, the imaging evaluation method combined with the postoperative long-term functional score was tested and optimized to obtain a method for predicting the postoperative long-term prognosis based on the postoperative short-term imaging indicators.

纳入标准：

①Brostrom-Gould术后的慢性踝关节外侧不稳患者； ②年龄18-65岁； ③患者本人及家属具有参加本次临床研究的主观意愿

Inclusion criteria

① Patients with chronic lateral ankle instability after Brostrom-Gould surgery; ② Age 18-65 years old; ③ The patient and his family members have the subjective willingness to participate in this clinical study

排除标准：

①存在患足合并畸形、患肢力线不正、踝关节骨折、踝关节骨关节炎、距骨坏死、踝关节感染等； ②良性关节过度活动综合症； ③踝关节骨软骨损伤，合并进行骨软骨移植术者； ④合并距下关节不稳定者； ⑤对含中药成分的中成药、中药饮片、中药颗粒或中药颗粒组成成分有过敏史者； ⑥术后患者生命体征不平稳，明显高热寒战、血压、心率波动幅度大者； ⑦神经官能症及精神病患等不能配合医生进行诊疗活动者； ⑧术后有出血倾向，术后严重心、肺、肾功能不全者； ⑨同时患有其他风湿及代谢疾病患者，如痛风、类风湿性关节炎、血友病、强直性脊柱炎等； ⑩本次手术失败需行二次手术者； ?术后已发生关节感染者； ?因病情需要术后服用其他中药制剂者

Exclusion criteria：

① There are malformations of the affected foot, malalignment of the affected limb, ankle fracture, ankle osteoarthritis, talar osteonecrosis, ankle infection, etc. ② Benign joint hypermobility syndrome; ③ ankle osteochondral injury combined with osteochondral transplantation; ④ unstable subtalar joint; (5) People with a history of allergy to proprietary Chinese medicines, Chinese herbal slices, Chinese herbal granules or Chinese herbal granules containing Chinese herbal ingredients; (6) Patients with unstable vital signs, obvious hyperthermia, chills, blood pressure, heart rate fluctuation; ⑦ Neurosis and mental patients who can not cooperate with doctors for diagnosis and treatment activities; ⑧ Postoperative bleeding tendency, serious postoperative heart, lung, renal insufficiency; ⑨ Patients with other rheumatic and metabolic diseases, such as gout, rheumatoid arthritis, hemophilia, ankylosing spondylitis, etc.; ⑩ The failure of this operation requires a second operation; Post-operative joint infection has occurred; ? Patients who need to take other Chinese medicine preparations after surgery due to their condition

随机：确定好区组长度，给定种子数，借助SAS统计软件PROC PLAN过程语句，列出流水号，将每一流水号所对应的治疗分配信笺密封入不透光信封内形成随机信件，依次拆阅，分为试验组与对照组。

盲法：

本试验采用全盲。制作颜色、味道等性状与补肾愈骨方相近的安慰剂，药物制备运送人员不参与试验统计与分析。对患者、主治医师、康复医师等研究人员进行盲法。锁定数据库后对第三方统计师进行盲法。

Blinding：

Total blindness was used in this study. The color, taste and other properties of the placebo were similar to Bushen Yugu prescription. The drug preparation and transportation personnel were not involved in the test statistics and analysis. Blinded patients, attending physicians, rehabilitation physicians and other researchers. Blind third party statisticians after locking the database.
