研究目的：

1. 构建糖尿病患者嵌甲的矫正护理技术； 2. 验证和评价糖尿病患者嵌甲矫正护理技术的科学性、实用性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. to develop a nursing technique for the correction of ingrown toenails in diabetic patients; 2. validate and evaluate the nursing technique's science, practicality, and effectiveness for correcting ingrown nails in diabetic patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合1999年（WHO）糖尿病诊断标准； ②存在嵌甲的患者； ③自愿参加本研究，签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

(i) Meet the 1999 (WHO) diagnostic criteria for diabetes mellitus; (ii) Patients with the presence of ingrown toenails; (iii)Voluntary participation in this study, signing an informed consent form

排除标准：

①现存糖尿病足溃疡；②糖尿病严重下肢血管病变；③截肢；④急性感染、严重骨骼肌肉疾病等；⑤意识不清者；⑥有精神障碍、不配合研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

(i) existing diabetic foot ulcers; (ii) diabetic severe lower limb vasculopathy; (iii) amputation; (iv) acute infections, severe skeletal and muscular disorders, etc.; (v) unconscious persons; (vi) mentally challenged persons who did not cooperate with the study.

通过 SPSS 软件进行随机分组，生成随机分配方案，具体步骤为：①设置研究对象编号；②在随机数字生成器中设置起点固定值为 20240601；③通过计算变量生成随机数字序列；④将生成的随机数字按照 1：1 比例随机分成 2 组，分别标记为组别“1”和“2”。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Random grouping through SPSS software to generate a random allocation scheme, the specific steps are: ① set the number of the research subjects; ② set the starting point of the random number generator as a fixed value of 20240601; ③ generate a sequence of random numbers through the calculation of variables; ④ random numbers generated by the ratio of 1:1 randomly divided into two groups, respectively, labeled as group "1" and "2"; ⑤ random numbers and groups on the card, placed in a transparent, sealed envelope marked with the serial number on the surface of the envelope. The generated random numbers were randomly divided into 2 groups in the ratio of 1:1 and labeled as groups "1" and "2," respectively.
