研究目的：

探索心理剧父母团体对抑郁障碍青少年父母的心理健康指标和脑功能的改变，及其间接对患儿相关心理健康水平及心理特征的影响，以及探索心理剧与一般健康教育在改变父母心理特征以及对患儿影响的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of psychodrama parent group on the mental health indicators and brain function of parents of adolescents with depressive disorder, and its indirect effects on the mental health level and psychological characteristics of children, and to explore the difference between psychodrama and general health education in changing the psychological characteristics of parents and the effects on children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

患者入组标准: 1.12≤年龄＜18岁; 2.符合ICD-10关于抑郁障碍的诊断标准; 3.签订知情同意书。 父母入组标准: 1.年龄≤55岁；2.初中及以上文化水平；3.签订知情同意书; 4.能够理解并配合问卷填写及访谈等；5.能够全程参与；6.右利手。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for child: 1. 12 ≤ age <18 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of ICD-10 for depressive disorder; 3. Sign the informed consent. Inclusion criteria for parent: 1. The age of 55 years old or less; 2. Junior high school or above; 3. Signed the informed consent; 4. Be able to understand and cooperate with questionnaire filling and interview; 5. Be able to participate in the whole process; 6. Be right-handed.

排除标准：

患者排除标准：1.患有器质性疾病及其他精神障碍；2.既往接受过系统心理治疗。 父母排除标准:1.患有严重躯体疾病和严重精神疾病;且SAS≥69，SDS≥72; 2.具有癫痫发作史或癫痫家族史；3.正在连续服用躯体或精神类药物；4.伴有酒精或物质依赖；5.听力或语言障碍；6.接受过系统心理治疗;7.孕妇或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for child: 1. Suffering from organic diseases and other mental disorders; 2. Previously received systemic psychotherapy. Exclusion criteria for parent:1. Suffering from serious physical or mental diseases; And SAS < 69, SDS < 72; 2. Have a history of seizures or family history of epilepsy; 3. Continuously use physical or psychotropic drugs; 4. Alcohol or substance dependence; 5. Hearing or language impairment; 6. Preciously received systematic psychotherapy; 7. Pregnant or lactating women.
