研究目的：

探讨耳穴埋豆联合中医情志护理及五音疗法对眼科患者围术期睡眠质量的影响。方法60例眼科患者随机分为两组各30例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用耳穴埋豆联合中医情志护理及五音疗法，比较两组的负性情绪及睡眠质量。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the effect of ear point embedding with beans combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional care and five tone therapy on the perioperative sleep quality of ophthalmic patients. Method: Sixty ophthalmic patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received ear acupoint bean embedding combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional care and five tone therapy. The negative emotions and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.

纳入标准：

1.①进行眼科手术治疗。
2.②实验室检查指标正常。

Inclusion criteria

1.①Performing ophthalmic surgery for treatment.
2.②Normal laboratory test indicators.

排除标准：

1.①既往存在失眠症状者。
2.②患有精神系统或心理障碍性疾病者。
3.③严重肝肾功能不全者。
4.④存在凝血功能障碍者。
5.⑤耳部皮肤破溃不能进行耳穴压豆者。
6.⑥存在听力障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.①Individuals with previous insomnia symptoms;
2.②Individuals with mental or psychological disorders;
3.③Severe liver and kidney dysfunction;
4.④Individuals with coagulation dysfunction;
5.⑤Patients with ear skin rupture and inability to perform ear acupressure;
6.⑥Individuals with hearing impairments;
