本研究旨在实施实习护生WPV管理能力培训，并评估其对实习护生WPV管理能力的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to implement the WPV management ability training for student nurses and to evaluate its impact on the WPV management ability of student nurses.

纳入标准：

符合以下条件的实习护生将被纳入研究：（1）在医院实习的全日制本科或专科护生，无年龄限制；（2）自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Nursing students who meet the following criteria will be included in the study: (1) full-time undergraduate or specialist nursing students in hospital practice, with no age limit; (2) Volunteer to participate in this study.

排除标准：

休假或病假（时间≥1个月）没有参加正常实习的护生将被排除在外。

Exclusion criteria：

Nursing students on leave or sick leave (duration ≥1 month) who do not participate in the normal practice will be excluded.
