研究目的：

本研究设计在脊柱后路手术中，通过比较俯卧位肺复张与仰卧位肺复张对于术后肺部并发症的影响，评估俯卧位肺复张的应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

This study was designed to assess the value of prone lung recuperation by comparing the effect of prone lung recuperation with supine lung recuperation on postoperative pulmonary complications in posterior spinal surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.脊柱外科手术，2.年龄≥18岁，3.ASA Ⅰ～Ⅲ级。

Inclusion criteria

1. Spine surgery ; 2. Age ≥ 18 years old ; 3. ASA I~Ⅲ.

排除标准：

术前合并严重慢性肺部疾病，CT或胸片提示肺不张、肺实变、胸腔积液、气胸、肺大疱，既往有胸部手术史、严重心脏病史，严重胸廓畸形，肥胖（BMI≥30kg/m2），术中出现广泛皮下气肿，术后需要呼吸机治疗等患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with severe chronic lung disease before surgery, CT or chest x-ray showing atelectasis, lung consolidation, pleural effusion, pneumothorax, pulmonary bullae, previous thoracic surgery, severe heart disease, severe thoracic deformity, obesity (BMI≥30kg/m2), extensive subcutaneous emphysema during surgery, and need ventilator therapy after surgery.

盲法：

本研究团队分为两组：一组麻醉医师知晓患者的分组情况，负责实施麻醉及手法肺复张；另一组麻醉医师不知晓患者的分组情况，经过临床肺超声技术培训，负责三次肺超声评分及术后随访工作，2名麻醉医师均有50例以上肺超声评分经验，本研究中将对两者评分结果进行一致性检验。

Blinding：

The research team was divided into two groups: one group anesthesiologists knew the grouping of patients and were responsible for the implementation of anesthesia and manual lung recruitment: the other group anesthesiologists did not know the grouping of patients, and were trained in clinical pulmonary ultrasound technology and were responsible for three pulmonary ultrasound scores and postoperative follow-up, and the two anesthesiologists had more than 50 cases of lung ultrasound scoring experience, and the consistency of the scoring results of the two would be tested in this study.
