研究目的：

以自然愈合为对照，评估粘性骨（Sticky-bone）与富血小板纤维蛋白(A-PRF)膜在存在骨缺损的拔牙窝的牙槽嵴保存中的应用效果  

Objectives of Study：

This trial aims to evaluate the efficiency of Sticky-bone combined with Advanced Platelet-Rich Fibrin membrane for alveolar ridge preservation in extraction sockets with bone defect.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

从病例库中选取84例已行拔牙及后续种植手术的病例，分为两组：（1）实验组42个部位：联合运用粘性骨和A-PRF膜进行位点保存（2）对照组42个部位: 自然愈合。拍摄拔牙位点拔牙前和术后4个月的CBCT影像,对比分析术前、术后4个月CBCT的相关指标的差异并并进行统计学分析。对种植体手术中获得的组织切片进行定性组织学分析。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

A total of 84 sites which have undergone tooth extraction and follow-up implant surgery were selected from case bank and divided into two groups. 42 sites of experimental group: Sticky-bone combined with Advanced Platelet-Rich Fibrin(A-PRF) membrane for ARP. 42 sites of control group: Spontaneous healing. CBCT images were taken before and 4 months after tooth extraction, and the differences of CBCT indicators before and 4 months after tooth extraction were compared and analyzed statistically. Qualitative histological analysis was performed on tissue sections which were previously obtained during implant surgery. 

纳入标准：

1: 2022年1月1日至2024年5月1日，在浙江中医药大学附属口腔医院，由郑胜医师完成拔牙和后续种植手术的患者.2022年1月1日至2024年5月1日，在浙江中医药大学附属口腔医院种植科，由郑胜医师完成拔牙和后续种植手术的。拔牙后进行了粘性骨+A-PRF膜牙槽嵴保存，或是仅进行缝合关闭创口的。 2: 满18岁成年人 3: 拔牙窝位点的牙槽嵴颊侧或舌腭侧的骨壁部分或完全缺损 4: 留存有拔牙前和拔牙后4个月CBCT影像的患者

Inclusion criteria

1: From January 1, 2022 to May 1, 2024, in the Stomatology Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medicine University, patients who completed tooth extraction and follow-up implant surgery by Dr. Sheng Zheng.Patient underwent alveolar ridge preservation with sticky bone +A-PRF membrane, or only suture to close the wound after tooth extraction 2: Adults over 18 years old 3: Partial or complete defect of the buccal or lingual/palatal bone walls in alveolar ridge of extraction socket 4: Patients with CBCT images retained before and 4 months after tooth extraction

排除标准：

1: CBCT影像重叠后精度过低 2: 患者记录中存在的其他可降低数据信度的混杂因素

Exclusion criteria：

1: CBCT image overlap results in low accuracy. 2: Other confounding factors present in patient records that can reduce data reliability.
