研究目的：

利用膀胱灌注化疗杀灭围手术期脱落肿瘤细胞，预防肿瘤种植；灌注卡介苗以提高膀胱局部免疫力，预防远期复发。探讨并明确膀胱灌注药物在预防输尿管尿路上皮癌根治术后再发膀胱癌的最佳灌注方法及最佳灌注时机。  

Objectives of Study：

Bladder infusion chemotherapy was used to kill off perioperative tumor cells and prevent tumor implantation.BCG was used to improve local immunity of bladder and prevent long-term recurrence.To investigate and clarify the best method and time of bladder infusion for preventing recurrent bladder cancer after radical operation of ureteral urothelial carcinoma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①初次诊断时为单侧输尿管尿路上皮癌或单侧输尿管尿路上皮癌合并膀胱癌（保留膀胱手术）；患者年龄在30-80岁之间； ②接受开放、腹腔镜或机器人辅助腹腔镜下肾输尿管膀胱袖状切除；对于单侧输尿管尿路上皮癌合并膀胱癌患者需行开放、腹腔镜或机器人辅助腹腔镜下根治性肾输尿管膀胱袖状切除+TURBT术，不包括输尿管口外的膀胱部分切除术； ③术后病理类型为尿路上皮癌，有明确的病理分级分期，并对肿瘤基底、浸润深度及肿瘤最大截面有明确描述； ④有完整临床资料及随访资料。

Inclusion criteria

① Unilateral ureteral urothelial carcinoma or unilateral ureteral urothelial carcinoma combined with bladder carcinoma were diagnosed at first (bladder sparing surgery);Patients ranged in age from 30 to 80 years; (2) Open, laparoscopic or robot-assisted laparoscopic nephreteral sleeve resection;For patients with unilateral ureteral urothelial carcinoma complicated with bladder cancer, open, laparoscopic or robot-assisted laparoscopic radical nephreteral sleeve resection +TURBT is required, excluding partial cystectomy outside the ureteral orifice. (3) The postoperative pathological type was urothelial carcinoma, with clear pathological grade and stage, and the tumor base, depth of invasion and maximum cross-section were clearly described. (4) Complete clinical data and follow-up data.

排除标准：

①初次诊断时为双侧输尿管尿路上皮癌； ②围手术期行新辅助放化疗或靶向治疗； ③术后肿瘤病理分期不全或术后病理诊断为非尿路上皮癌的其他病理类型；④临床资料不完整或随访过程中出现失访。

Exclusion criteria：

① Bilateral ureteral urothelial carcinoma was first diagnosed. Perioperative neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy or targeted therapy; (3) Incomplete pathological stage of the tumor or other pathological types of non-urothelial carcinoma diagnosed by postoperative pathology;④ Incomplete clinical data or loss of follow-up during follow-up.
