研究目的：

1.构建二元应对的 PCI 术后患者心脏运动康复方案。 2.通过实施二元应对的PCI术后患者心脏运动康复方案，探索二元应对的心脏运动康复方案对改善PCI术后患者心脏运动康复依从性、左心功能及生活质量的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Construct a dual response cardiac exercise rehabilitation program for patients after PCI. 2. Through the implementation of the dual response cardiac exercise rehabilitation program for patients after PCI, explore the effect of the dual response cardiac exercise rehabilitation program on improving the compliance of cardiac exercise rehabilitation, left heart function and quality of life of patients after PCI.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

患者：①年龄20-75周岁；②符合 WHO 冠心病的诊断标准，且经皮冠状动脉介入术植入 1-2 枚支架的患者；③冠状动脉单支病变；④术后LVEF≥40%，心功能分级Ⅰ-Ⅱ级的患者；⑤心率55-100次/分，收缩压90-140mmHg，舒张压60-90mmHg；⑥无言语不利，无精神疾病，可以正常交流，肢体功能健全、活动自如；⑦已婚且与配偶共同生活；患者及配偶同意并积极配合运动康复治疗者；⑧经桡动脉、尺动脉穿刺的患者；⑨会使用智能手机微信功能。 配偶：①年龄≥20周岁，小学及以上文化程度；②意识清晰，无视力、听力及沟通障碍；③会使用智能手机微信功能；④知晓本研究方法并愿意参与者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients: ① 20-75 years old; ② Patients WHO meet the diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease and have 1-2 stents implanted by percutaneous coronary intervention; ③ single-vessel coronary artery disease; ④ Patients with postoperative LVEF≥40% and cardiac function grade I-II; ⑤ Heart rate 55-100 times/min, systolic blood pressure 90-140mmHg, diastolic blood pressure 60-90mmHg; ⑥ no speech, no mental illness, can communicate normally, body function is sound, free movement; ⑦ Married and living with spouse; The patient and his spouse agree and actively cooperate with the exercise rehabilitation treatment; ⑧ Patients with puncture through radial artery or ulnar artery; ⑨ Use wechat on your smartphone. Spouse: ① ≥20 years old, primary school education or above; ② Clear consciousness, no vision, hearing and communication disorders; ③ Can use wechat function of smart phone; Be aware of the study method and willing to participate.

排除标准：

患者：①术后出现严重并发症，如恶性心律失常、心包填塞、急性心衰、支架内急性血栓形成、血流动力学不稳定者；②合并恶性肿瘤、其他重要脏器严重功能障碍者；③参加其他相关康复治疗或研究者。 配偶：患有严重疾病或由于其他原因无法配合本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients: ① Serious complications occurred after surgery, such as malignant arrhythmia, pericardial tamponade, acute heart failure, acute stent thrombosis, and hemodynamic instability; ② Patients with malignant tumors and serious dysfunction of other important organs; ③ Participate in other related rehabilitation therapy or researchers. Spouse: has a serious illness or is unable to cooperate with the investigator for other reasons.

根据前期构建的二元应对的PCI术后患者心脏运动康复方案对干预组患者实施干预研究，即在常规心脏运动康复方案基础上加入配偶共同参与，主要包括患者配偶共同参与的PCI术后心脏运动康复、健康教育和运动情况记录监督3个方面，见附录八。干预时间为：为PCI术后至出院后3个月。

The intervention study was carried out on patients in the intervention group according to the pre-established dual response cardiac exercise rehabilitation program for patients after PCI, that is, spouses were joined in the routine cardiac exercise rehabilitation program, which mainly included three aspects of cardiac exercise rehabilitation after PCI, health education and exercise recording and supervision jointly participated by patients' spouses, as shown in Appendix VIII. The intervention time was from PCI to 3 months after discharge.

对照组实施常规的PCI术后患者心脏运动康复方案。根据相关PCI术后心脏运动康复共识与指南，PCI术后患者常规的心脏运动康复方案主要包括给常规的PCI术后心脏运动康复指导和健康教育。干预时间为：为PCI术后至出院后3个月。 PCI术后患者常规的院内心脏运动康复和院外心脏运康复方案见附录九。 对PCI术后患者进行心脏运动康复过程中进行相关的健康教育。包括疾病的相关知识教育、诱发因素、危险因素、MACE、运动的重要性和相关注意事项及紧急情况自救等。

Intervention：

The control group received routine cardiac exercise rehabilitation program after PCI. According to relevant consensus and guidelines on cardiac exercise rehabilitation after PCI, the routine cardiac exercise rehabilitation program for patients after PCI mainly includes guidance and health education for routine cardiac exercise rehabilitation after PCI. The intervention time was from PCI to 3 months after discharge. The routine in-hospital cardiac exercise rehabilitation and out-of-hospital cardiac operation rehabilitation programs of patients after PCI are shown in Appendix IX. Related health education was carried out in the process of cardiac exercise rehabilitation for patients after PCI. It includes relevant knowledge and education of diseases, inducing factors, risk factors, MACE, the importance of exercise and relevant precautions, and self-rescue in emergency situations.

随机对照干预研究。通过便利抽样法选取东莞市某三甲医院心血管内科2023年9月至12月行经皮冠脉动脉介入术（Percutaneous Coronary Intervention,PCI）术后且符合纳排的76例患者，并随机分配分为对照组38例和试验组38例。

Randomized controlled intervention study. By objective sampling method, 76 patients receiving Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) after coronary intervention in the cardiovascular department of a Grade-A hospital in Dongguan City from July to October 2023 were selected, and randomly assigned into the control group (38 cases) and the experimental group (38 cases).
