研究目的：

通过前瞻性研究较两种单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除方式，旨在探索伤口疤痕更小、更微创、安全，更易于术者操作的单孔腹腔镜手术方式。  

Objectives of Study：

Compared with the two methods of single hole laparoscopic cholecystectomy, the prospective study aims to explore the single hole laparoscopic surgery which is smaller, more minimally invasive, safer and easier to operate.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）术前两种或以上影像学诊断胆囊结石伴慢性胆囊炎、急性胆囊炎、胆囊息肉、胆囊腺肌症等胆囊良性疾病；2）签署知情同意书同意入组该临床试验者。

Inclusion criteria

1) Preoperative diagnosis of gallstones with chronic cholecystitis, acute cholecystitis, gallbladder polyps, gallbladder adenomyosis and other benign gallbladder diseases by two or more imaging methods; 2) Signed informed consent to be enrolled in the clinical trial.

排除标准：

1）既往腹部手术病史，2）术前影像学未除外胆囊恶性肿瘤患者，3）术后病理证实胆囊恶性肿瘤者，4）术中中转为传统三孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术5）拒绝入组临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Previous history of abdominal surgery, 2) patients with gallbladder malignancy not excluded by preoperative imaging, 3) patients with gallbladder malignancy confirmed by postoperative pathology, 4) patients who switched to traditional three-hole laparoscopic cholecystectomy during the operation, 5) clinical investigators were refused to be enrolled.

盲法：

实施干预措施后对受试者、研究者设盲，研究者与患者均不了解分组方式，麻醉后手术开始前进行随机分组，术后无论何种手术方式，均只使用单一辅料贴附脐部伤口。

Blinding：

After the intervention, subjects and investigators were blinded, and neither the investigators nor the patients knew the grouping method. After anesthesia, randomized groups were performed before the operation began. After surgery, only a single excipient was applied to the umbilical cord wound regardless of the surgical method.
