研究目的：

通过对重症肺炎的血液、血液、新鲜粪便及支气管肺泡灌洗液进行NGS分析，探讨重症肺炎患者失调的肺部菌群是否来源于失调的肠道菌群。  

Objectives of Study：

Through NGS analysis of blood, blood, fresh feces and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) in patients with severe pneumonia, to explore whether the imbalance of pulmonary flora in patients with severe pneumonia comes from dysfunctional intestinal flora.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≧18岁；
2.经美国 IDSA/ATS诊断标准，诊断为重症肺炎的患者；
3.住院期间使用机械通气；
4.自愿签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age ≧18;
2.Patients diagnosed with severe pneumonia by US IDSA/ATS diagnostic criteria;
3.Use of mechanical ventilation during hospitalization;
4.Voluntary signing of informed consent form;

排除标准：

1.入院前有导致肠道功能障碍相关疾病(克罗恩病、溃疡性结肠炎、肠易激综合征、腹部外科术后等)；
2.怀孕；
3.ICU住院时间< 14天；
4.同时参与其他研究；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Before admission, there were diseases related to intestinal dysfunction (Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, irritable bowel syndrome, abdominal surgery, etc.);
2.pregnant;
3.ICU stay < 14 days;
4.Simultaneous participation in other research;
