研究目的：

1.验证普通流产组和自然流产组子宫内膜组织的BMI1表达是否存在差异性，进一步明确BMI1与子宫内膜容受性之间的相关性。 2.利用ELISA法评估普通流产组和自然流产组BMI1的表达，计算两组流产人群中BMI1表达的ROC曲线，计算出最佳敏感性和特异性的cut off值，设定BMI1的参考值。 3.为子宫内膜组织中BMI1表达低下患者研发靶向药物，提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Verify whether BMI1 expression in endometrial tissue varies between common abortion and spontaneous abortion groups, and further clarify the correlation between BMI1 and endometrial receptivity. 2. The ELISA method was used to evaluate the expression of BMI1 in common and spontaneous abortion groups, the ROC curve of BMI1 expression was calculated in two abortion groups, the cut off value of optimal sensitivity and specificity was calculated, and then the reference value of BMI1 was set. 3. Provide a theoretical basis for developing targeted drugs for patients with low BMI1 expression in endometrial tissue.

纳入标准：

1.在奉化区人民医院妇科实施流产患者（孕周≤12周，20岁≤年龄≤50岁）； 2.宁波第一医院生殖科拟行胚胎移植前宫腔镜检查的不孕不育患者（20岁≤年龄≤50岁）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with abortion in Fenghua District People's Hospital (gestational weeks ≤12 weeks, 20 years≤ age ≤50 years); 2. Infertility patients planned to undergo hysteroscopy examination before embryo transfer in the Reproductive Department of Ningbo First Hospital(20 years≤ age ≤50 years).

排除标准：

1.合并其他影响胚胎着床的疾病，如：子宫内膜异位症、子宫畸形、宫腔粘连、宫腔息肉、粘膜下肌瘤、恶性肿瘤等。 2.合并严重内外科疾病者。 3.不同意参与研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with other diseases affecting embryo implantation, such as endometriosis, uterine malformation, uterine adhesions, uterine polyps, submucosal fibroids, malignant tumors, etc. 2. Patients with severe internal and surgical diseases. 3. Not agree to participate in the study.
