研究目的：

研究一：本研究旨在对自伦理审查批准通过日期之前在华山医院康复医学科住院诊治的脊髓损伤患者诊疗数据进行回顾性分析，探究包括实验室生化指标、影像学、神经电生理等指标对脊髓损伤患者预后评估的作用。 研究二：本研究旨在对华山医院康复医学科住院诊治的脊髓损伤患者进行前瞻性研究，通过设置更为准确的随访时间、更全面的评估体系以减少数据缺失项，从而进一步探究上述指标在脊髓损伤预后评估中的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Study 1: The purpose of this study was to retrospectively analyze the data of patients with spinal cord injury before the approval of the ethical review in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, Huashan Hospital. To explore the effects of laboratory biochemical indexes, imaging and neuroelectrophysiological indexes on prognosis assessment of patients with spinal cord injury. Study 2:This study aim to conduct a prospective study on patients with spinal cord injury who were hospitalized in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, Huashan Hospital.To further explore the value of the above indicators in the prognosis assessment of spinal cord injury by setting a more accurate follow-up time and a more comprehensive evaluation system to reduce data missing items.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄为18-80岁的男性或女性患者 (2)经美国脊髓损伤协会（ASIA）损伤量表诊断符合脊髓损伤 (3)具有明确的脊髓损伤病因，包括外伤、肿瘤、血管性等 (4)法定监护人表示同意并签署“知情同意书” (5)经研究者确认无重大慢性疾病、急性传染病等 (6)生命体征平稳，无明显禁忌症。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Male or female patients aged 18-80. (2) A diagnosis of spinal cord injury by the American Spinal Injury Association (ASIA) ?injury scale. (3) A clear etiology of spinal cord injury, including trauma, tumor, vascular and so on. (4) The patients’ legal guardian agrees and signs the informed consent. (5) Patients without severe chronic diseases and acute infectious diseases. (6) Patients has stable vital signs and have no obvious contraindications.

排除标准：

(1)患有严重的胃肠道、心血管、肝脏、肾脏、血液系统、内分泌系统、呼吸系统疾病、免疫缺陷、肿瘤或其他严重疾病 (2)经初步评估认为难以配合查体及其他检查者，如合并严重颅脑外伤或肢体骨折等 (3)备选受试者在近1个月内接受过（效果或安全性不明确的）试验性药物或器械治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)patients with severe digestive, cardiovascular, liver, kidney, blood, endocrine, respiratory diseases, immunodeficiency, tumors, or other serious diseases. (2)patients who unable to cooperate with physical examination and other examinations, such as severe craniocerebral trauma or limb fracture. (3)patients who received experimental drug/device treatment with unclear effect/safety within the previous 1month.
