研究目的：

（1）使用120°超广角SS-OCT 和SS-OCTA研究皮质类固醇增多的患者眼底视网膜和脉络膜的结构和血流的特征 （2）探究人体内血浆皮质醇浓度、ACTH水平的变化对视网膜/脉络膜的结构及血流的影响 （3）研究人体内的醛固酮水平的变化对视网膜/脉络膜的结构及血流的影响 （4）探究糖皮质激素和醛固酮激素的升高与类中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变发生的相关性及中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的病因学研究  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To characterize the structure and blood flow of the retina and choroid in the fundus of the eyes of patients with increased corticosteroids using 120° ultra-widefield SS-OCT and SS-OCTA (2) To investigate the effects of changes in plasma cortisol concentration and ACTH levels on the structure and blood flow of the retina/choroid in humans (3) To investigate the effects of changes in aldosterone levels on the structure of the retina/choroid and blood flow in humans (4) To investigate the correlation between elevated glucocorticoids and aldosterone hormones and the development of central serous chorioretinopathy and the etiology of central serous chorioretinopathy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄>18周岁； ②经专科医师评估，需要进行外科手术治疗切除功能性肾上腺肿瘤的患者且具有皮质醇水平或醛固酮水平的增高； ③未接受玻璃体腔注射药物、激光光凝治疗及其他内眼手术、眼外伤史者； ④使用OCT、OCTA检查可较为准确呈现视网膜脉络膜结构，且图像质量大于6； ⑤签署知情同意书，并愿意按照试验所规定的时间进行随访。

Inclusion criteria

① Age > 18 years; ② Patients who require surgical treatment for removal of functional adrenal tumors and have increased cortisol levels or aldosterone levels as assessed by a specialist; (iii) Those who have not received vitreous cavity injections of medications, laser photocoagulation therapy and other internal ocular surgeries, or history of ocular trauma; ④ Using OCT, OCTA examination can more accurately present the retinal choroidal structure, and the image quality is greater than 6; ⑤ Signed informed consent and willing to follow up according to the time specified in the trial.

排除标准：

①高度近视超过6.00D或者眼轴长度>26.5mm； ②合并有除中心性浆液性视网膜病变的其他眼底疾病（包括高度近视、青光眼、糖尿病视网膜病变、视网膜动静脉阻塞、黄斑变性等）； ③有眼部疾病治疗史（包括眼科手术史或者是激光治疗史等）； ④因屈光介质明显混浊，影响OCTA图像质量且图像质量小于6者; ⑤对于治疗依从性差，难以定期门诊复查以及配合治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

① High myopia over 6.00D or eye axis length >26.5mm; ② Combined with other fundus diseases except central plasma retinopathy (including high myopia, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, retinal arteriovenous occlusion, macular degeneration, etc.); ③History of treatment for ocular diseases (including history of ophthalmic surgery or laser treatment, etc.); (iv) Those who have significant turbidity of the refractive media, which affects the quality of OCTA images and the image quality is less than 6; and Those who have poor adherence to treatment and have difficulty in regular outpatient review and cooperation with treatment.
