研究目的：

本多中心、随机对照试验旨在提供高质量证据，通过与目前内镜下止血一线疗法作比较，进一步明确支架在急性食管静脉曲张出血患者中的安全性和有效性，并促进形成完善的标准操作规程。  

Objectives of Study：

This multicentre, randomized controlled trial aims to provide high-quality evidence to further clarify the safety and efficacy of stents in patients with acute esophageal variceal bleeding compared to current first-line endoscopic haemostasis therapies and to facilitate the development of well-established standard operating procedures.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）受试者自愿并签署此试验的知情同意书； 2）根据临床表现、实验室检查、影像学检查或肝活检诊断肝硬化的患者； 3）入院前或住院期间出现急性静脉曲张性上消化道出血相关的症状，如呕血/黑便/便血等（不论既往有无出血史）； 4）内镜证实食管静脉曲张破裂出血的患者； 5）初始液体复苏前或复苏后血流动力学稳定的患者； 6）年龄＞18岁及＜75岁。

Inclusion criteria

1) The subject voluntarily and signed the informed consent form for this trial; 2) patients with diagnosis of liver cirrhosis based on clinical manifestations, laboratory tests, imaging examinations or liver biopsy; 3) Symptoms related to acute variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding, such as hematemesis/melena/hematochezia, etc. before or during hospitalization (regardless of previous bleeding history); 4) Patients with endoscopic confirmation of esophageal variceal bleeding; 5) hemodynamically stable patients before or after initial fluid resuscitation; 6) Age> 18 years old and < 75 years old.

排除标准：

1）内镜证实非单纯食管静脉曲张出血，如合并胃底静脉曲张出血或孤立性胃底静脉曲张出血等； 2）气管食管瘘； 3）食管破裂； 4）咽、喉、食道、胃或上呼吸道肿瘤； 5）食管狭窄； 6）近期食管手术； 7）妊娠或哺乳； 8）研究者认为有任何原因不能入选者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Endoscopic confirmation of non-simple esophageal variceal bleeding, such as gastric variceal bleeding or isolated gastric variceal bleeding, etc.; 2) tracheoesophageal fistula; 3) esophageal rupture; 4) Tumors of the pharynx, larynx, esophagus, stomach or upper respiratory tract; 5) esophageal stricture; 6) recent esophageal surgery; 7) pregnancy or breastfeeding; 8) Those who cannot be selected for any reason in the opinion of the researcher.
