研究目的：

制定一份全面、明确的妊娠晚期孕妇实施会阴按摩的方案并进行应用，为医护人员提供一致的指导，促进会阴按摩的规范应用和实践。预期结果将为改善孕妇分娩体验、提高临床效果和推动会阴按摩相关研究和实践的发展做出贡献。  

Objectives of Study：

To develop a comprehensive and well-defined protocol for the implementation and application of perineal massage for pregnant women in late pregnancy, to provide consistent guidance to healthcare professionals, and to promote the standardised application and practice of perineal massage. The expected results will contribute to improving the labour experience for pregnant women, enhancing clinical outcomes and advancing the development of perineal massage-related research and practice.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.妊娠34周以后的单胎、头位产妇，胎儿体重估计值在正常范围；骨盆测量结果显示无异常； 2.年龄≥18岁； 3.会阴条件正常，并且有阴道分娩意愿； 4.意识清楚，语言表达自如； 5.患者知情同意，自愿参加研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Single, cephalic births after 34 weeks' gestation with estimated foetal weights in the normal range; pelvic measurements show no abnormalities; 2. Age ≥ 18 years; 3. Normal perineal condition and willingness to give birth vaginally; 4. Clear consciousness and freedom of speech; 5. Patients gave informed consent and volunteered to participate in the study.

排除标准：

1.妊娠合并症病情较重，无法进行合作者； 2.产妇存在头盆不称等因素，无法预测其分娩结局者； 3.孕期存在压力性尿失禁、严重子宫脱垂的孕妇（Ⅱ度及以上）； 4.胎膜早破；前置胎盘；宫颈息肉出血；宫颈机能不全；胎儿窘迫；阴道先天畸形(如双阴道或阴道横隔等)、性病如生殖器疱疹或尖锐湿疣；或存在其他阴道分娩的禁忌证。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those whose pregnancy complications are so severe that they are unable to co-operate; 2. Those who have cephalopelvic disproportion and other factors that make it impossible to predict the outcome of their labour; 3. Pregnant women with stress urinary incontinence and severe uterine prolapse during pregnancy (degree II and above); 4. Premature rupture of membranes; placenta praevia; bleeding cervical polyps; cervical insufficiency; foetal distress; congenital anomalies of the vagina (e.g., bi-vaginal or transverse septum, etc.), sexually transmitted diseases, such as genital herpes or condyloma acuminatum; or the presence of other contraindications to vaginal delivery.
