研究目的：

本研究选择使用电针刺激内关、合谷穴的方法，通过监测心率变异性等指标，观察电针能否减轻剖宫产术中缩宫素诱发的血流动力学变化，以及对母婴结局的影响，以便临床上提高产科麻醉围术期的安全性及产妇术后康复质量。  

Objectives of Study：

This study chose to use the method of electrical acupuncture stimulation at Neiguan and Eguan points to monitor heart rate variability and other indicators, and observe whether electrical acupuncture can alleviate the hemodynamic changes induced by oxytocin during caesarean section, as well as its impact on maternal and fetal outcomes, in order to improve the safety of obstetric anesthesia during the perioperative period and the postoperative recovery quality of the patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、足月妊娠行择期剖宫产患者； 2、ASA分级工～Ⅱ级，年龄18岁-40岁； 3、单胎，孕周36～42周； 4.患者自愿，并签订知情同意书； 5.患者接受针灸治疗，有良好的依从性。

Inclusion criteria

1, full-term pregnancy elective cesarean section patients; 2, ASA grader Class I- II, age 18-40 years old; 3. Single pregnancy, 36 ~ 42 weeks of gestation; 4. The patient volunteered and signed the informed consent; 5. The patient received acupuncture treatment and had good compliance.

排除标准：

1、合并先兆子痫、前置胎盘、凝血功能异常、心脑血管、循环、呼吸等疾病； 2、患者合并其他精神障碍者； 3、体内置入起搏器等电子设备者。 4、患者对针灸治疗反感者，依从性差者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with preeclampsia, placenta previa, abnormal coagulation function, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, circulation and respiratory diseases; 2. Patients with other mental disorders; 3. Pacemakers and other electronic devices are implanted in the body. 4. Patients with aversion to acupuncture treatment and poor compliance

取双侧内关穴、合谷穴，定位严格按照《中华人民共和国国家标准：经穴部位》（GB12346-90），直刺进针20～25mm，行捻转平补平泻手法得气后，不再行手法刺激，予电针刺激。电针选用XS-998B04型低频脉冲电针治疗仪，疏密波型，电流脉冲频率为2/100 Hz，留针30min。刺激强度为患者能耐受的最大强度。胎儿娩出后立即子宫内给予20U缩宫素及静脉注射100ug卡贝缩宫素，静脉给予托烷司琼4mg预防恶心、呕吐。

Both Neiguan points and Hegu points were selected and stimulated by electroacupuncture. The current pulse frequency was 2/100Hz and the needle was retained for 30min. The stimulation intensity is the maximum intensity that the patient can tolerate. Immediately after delivery, the fetus was given 20U of oxytocin in utero and 100ug of carbetocin intravenously, and tolisetron 4mg intravenously to prevent nausea and vomiting
