研究目的：

通过超声检测的方法来预测剖宫产术中脊麻引起的低血压，以增强临床决策，改变治疗管理，并做出适当的早期干预  

Objectives of Study：

Prediction of spinal anesthesia induced hypotension during cesarean section by ultrasonography can enhance clinical decision making, change treatment management, and make appropriate early intervention

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

择期行剖宫产手术的产妇 ，ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱ级，年龄18~40岁，孕周≥37w ，超声检查显示单胎

Inclusion criteria

The women who underwent elective cesarean section were ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱ, aged 18~40 years, gestational age ≥37w, and singleton pregnancy

排除标准：

术前已有严重仰卧位低血压综合征、脊麻禁忌症（凝血障碍、局部麻醉剂过敏、穿刺部位感染）、有严重心血管疾病（如先天性心脏病、冠心病、严重瓣膜病、周围动脉疾病史、心律失常、颈动脉斑块或严重狭窄等）、糖尿病、先兆子痫、神经障碍、有精神疾病史无法配合者

Exclusion criteria：

There was severe supine hypotension syndrome before surgery,contraindication of spinal anesthesia(coagulation disorder, local anesthetic allergy, puncture site infection),severe cardiovascular disease (such as congenital heart disease, coronary heart disease, severe valvular disease, history of peripheral artery disease, arrhythmia, carotid plaque or severe stenosis, etc.), diabetes, pre-eclampsia, neurological disorders, and a history of mental illness that prevents cooperation
