研究目的:

本项目的主要研究目标是通过对比分析8周有氧运动干预相对于干预前对上下肢微循环功能产生的影响,将干预前后上下肢微循环变化之间的关系联系起来,比较上下肢微循环和其他身体指标在安静状态、运动后的变化特征,旨在揭示运动训练和上下肢微循环长期适应之间的关系。次要目标是对可能观察到的作用效果的内在机制进行探索。  

Objectives of Study:

The primary research goal of this project is to link the relationship between changes in upper and lower extremity microcirculation before and after the intervention by comparatively analyzing the effects of an 8-week aerobic exercise intervention on upper and lower extremity microcirculation function relative to the pre-intervention period, and comparing the characteristics of changes in upper and lower extremity microcirculation and other body metrics in the quiet state, and post-exercise with the aim of revealing the relationship between exercise training and long-term adaptations in the upper and lower extremity microcirculation.The secondary objective is the exploration of the mechanisms underlying the effects that may be observed.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1)招募40名年龄18—30岁之间的学生群体;2)无运动习惯人群,进行体力活动准备问卷(IPAQ)评估;3)无运动禁忌症,无色盲、视力障碍等疾病或精神疾病;4)愿意参加本研究,签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Recruit a group of 40 students between the ages of 18-30;2) People without exercise habits were assessed with the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (IPAQ);3) No contraindications to exercise, no colour blindness, visual impairment or mental illness;4) Willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准:

1)每周总体力活动水平≥600 MET-min/w;2)患有心脏病史或有家族病史;3)体内植入心脏起搏器、钢板、钢钉;4)有三个月内未痊愈的运动损伤/运动疾病;5)患有神经系统疾病;6)患有心脏疾病或呼吸系统疾病;7)其他不适合参与本实验的情况。

Exclusion criteria:

1)Total weekly gross force activity level ≥600 MET-min/w;2) Have a history of heart disease or a family history of it;(3) Implantation of pacemakers, plates and nails in the body;4) Have a sports injury/sports illness that has not healed within three months;5) Suffer from neurological disorders;6) Suffer from heart disease or respiratory disease;7) Other conditions that make participation in this experiment unsuitable.
