研究目的：

旨在通过一致性分析能使双眼主客观一体波前验光仪和综合验光仪一样作为验光结果参考的可靠标准，提供准确的屈光度数测量。而通过精确性分析则希望双眼主客观一体波前验光仪能够通过0.05D间隔的验光处方可以更精确、更快速的红绿平衡，实现更高的光学矫正精度，更好的应用于角膜屈光手术的手术前后屈光度的检查。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of the consistency analysis is to make the binocular wavefront optometer as reliable as the auto refractometer as a reference standard for optometric results and to provide accurate refractive error measurements. Through the accuracy analysis, it is hoped that the binocular wavefront optometer can be more accurate and faster red-green balance through the optometric prescription of 0.05D interval, to realize higher optical correction accuracy, and better applied to the pre- and post-operative refractive error checking of corneal refractive surgery.

纳入标准：

适应症： （1）年龄≥18岁； （2）屈光度范围为球镜度-12.00D~6.00D，柱镜度≤-6.00D； （3）屈光度相对稳定（在过去1年内屈光度数变化≤0.50 D）（符合《激光角膜屈光手术临床诊疗专家共识 2021年》）；

Inclusion criteria

Indications: (1) Age ≥ 18 years; (2) Refractive range of -12.00 D to 6.00 D for spherical lenses and ≤ -6.00 D for cylindrical lenses; (3) Relatively stable refractive error (change in refractive error ≤0.50 D in the past 1 year) (in accordance with the "Expert Consensus on the Clinical Practice of Laser Corneal Refractive Surgery 2021");

排除标准：

排除标准： （1）其他眼部疾病和（或）影响手术恢复的全身器质性病变（符合《激光角膜屈光手术临床诊疗专家共识 2021年》）； （2）角膜疾病或者角膜营养不良等不符合手术指征的患者（符合《我国飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜取出手术规范专家共识(2018年)》）； （3）遗传或者先天因素导致的屈光不正的患者； （4）屈光参差：双眼球镜度差值≥1.50D，柱镜度差值≥1.00D； （5）双眼中其中一眼的屈光度≥±9.00D

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: (1) Other ocular diseases and/or systemic organic pathologies that affect surgical recovery (in accordance with the Expert Consensus on Clinical Practice of Laser Corneal Refractive Surgery 2021); (2) Patients with corneal diseases or corneal dystrophy that do not meet the indications for surgery (in accordance with the Expert Consensus on the Specification of Surgical Procedures for the Removal of Corneal Stromal Lenses by Small Incision of Femtosecond Laser in China (2018)); (3) Patients with refractive errors caused by genetic or congenital factors; (4) Refractive error: spherical lens aberration ≥1.50D and cylindrical lens aberration ≥1.00D in both eyes;
