评估通气辅助决策系统预测有创机械通气患者脱机失败，及预测无创呼吸支持患者无创呼吸支持失败的准确率。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the accuracy of the ventilation decision-making function in predicting weaning failure in patients with invasive mechanical ventilation and non-invasive ventilation failure in patients with non-invasive respiratory support.

纳入标准：

1.接受有创通气及无创呼吸支持或高流量氧疗的患者 2.年龄≥18岁 3.知情同意

Inclusion criteria

1.critically ill patients, receiving invasive mechanical ventilation or non-invasive respiratory support (non-invasive ventilation or high flow oxygen) 2.18 years or older 3. written informed

排除标准：

1.妊娠及哺乳期 2.正在参与其它临床研究项目 3.研究者及临床医师认为患者不适合参与项目

Exclusion criteria：

1.pregnant or lactation 2.included in other clinical tiral 3.not adaptive according to the researcheres or doctors
