研究目的：

拟通过应用支持性照护干预方案，进行临床实证研究，验证该干预模式的应用效果及其普遍适用性，并结合干预测评的量性结果及定性反馈结果进行改进，进一步完善干预方案，探讨照护方案的干预模式是否会对脊髓损伤患者的康复指标产生影响，最终旨在满足脊髓损伤患者的支持性照护需求  

Objectives of Study：

It is proposed to conduct an empirical clinical study by applying the supportive care intervention programme to verify the effectiveness of the intervention model and its general applicability, and to improve the intervention programme by combining the quantitative results of the intervention measurements and the qualitative feedback results, to further improve the intervention programme, to explore whether the intervention model of the care programme will have an impact on the rehabilitation indexes of the patients with spinal cord injury, and to ultimately aim to satisfy the needs of the patients with spinal cord injury in terms of supportive care.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①入院时临床确诊为脊髓损伤，且ASIA评分为A~D级； ②年龄≥18 岁； ③神志清楚，能正常沟通交流； ④知情同意，自愿参与本研究者

Inclusion criteria

① Clinically diagnosed spinal cord injury on admission and ASIA score of A to D; ② Age ≥ 18 years old; ③Clear consciousness, able to communicate normally;Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.

排除标准：

①合并精神病史或严重认知障碍； ②伴有严重心、肺、脑等重要脏器疾病或合并有脑外伤、胸腹腔脏器等复合伤。 ③存在明确中风病史和其它可能影响的疾病；

Exclusion criteria：

① Combined history of mental illness or severe cognitive impairment; ② The presence of severe heart, lung, brain and other vital organ disease or combined traumatic brain injury, thoracic and abdominal organs and other compound injuries. ③ Presence of a clear history of stroke and other diseases that may affect;
