研究目的：

了解经自然腔道内镜下保胆取石术的安全性、并发症，术后胆囊功能改善情况，术后胆囊结石复发情况及其可能的高危因素。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety of transgastric gallbladder-preserving cholecystolithotomy via pure natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery, to know changes of gallbladder function , the recurrence rate of gallstone and the possible high risk factors after NOTES.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.胆囊大小基本正常，胆囊壁厚≦5mm；
2.胆囊功能良好；
3.胆囊管无结石梗阻；
4.胆囊结石少，不要超过10个；
5.近期无急性发作；
6.病人有明确的保胆要求，并且完全理解结石复发的可能性；
7. 年龄18-65周岁，无严重心肺肝肾功能不全，无抗凝药服用史

Inclusion criteria

1. The size of gallbladder is basically normal, the thickness of gallbladderwall is not more than 5 mm;
2. the function of gallbladder is normal;
3. No stone obstruction of cystic duct;
4. No more than 10 gallstones;
5. No acute attack of cholecystitis in the near future;
6. The patient has a clear requirement for gallbladder preservation and fully understands the possibility of stone recurrence;
7. Aged 18-65 years old, no severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency and hepatorenal insufficiency, no history of taking anticoagulant drugs.

排除标准：

1.胆囊炎症明显；
2.胆囊充满型结石;
3.胆囊分隔;
4.胆囊萎缩;
5.伴发胆管结石或急性胰腺炎;
6. 可疑胆囊恶性肿瘤;
7.胃大部切除术后;
8.严重糖尿病病人;
9.哺乳或妊娠患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acute cholecystitis;
2. Gallbladder full of stones;
3. Gallbladder separation;
4. Atrophy of gallbladder;
5. Cholelithiasis or acute pancreatitis;
6. Suspected malignant tumor of gallbladder;
7. History of subtotal gastrectomy;
8. Serious diabetes mellitus;
9. Lactation or pregnancy.
