研究目的：

本研究通过观察妊娠期糖尿病患者（GDM）患者脂代谢与炎性因子水平的动态变化，并分析各期脂代谢指标与炎性因子水平间相关性，明确各期脂代谢紊乱与炎性因子的关系；观察薯蓣粥干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者脂代谢和炎性因子的动态影响，为薯蓣粥在妊娠糖尿病患者中的应用提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, by observing the dynamic changes of lipid metabolism and inflammatory factor levels in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM), and analyzing the correlation between lipid metabolism indicators and inflammatory factor levels in each stage, the relationship between lipid metabolism disorders and inflammatory factors in each stage was clarified. To observe the dynamic effects of dioscorea zingiberensis porridge intervention on lipid metabolism and inflammatory factors in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus, and to provide scientific basis for the application of dioscorea zingiberensis porridge in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合《妊娠期高血糖诊治指南指南（2022）》GDM诊断标准，并由医生确诊的GDM患者；②单胎妊娠；③妊娠24～28周的孕妇；④定期产检且建立完善孕妇保健手册者。

Inclusion criteria

① GDM patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of GDM in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Hyperglycemia in Pregnancy (2022) and are diagnosed by doctors; ② Single pregnancy; ③ Pregnant women at 24 to 28 weeks of gestation; ④ Regular prenatal examination and the establishment and improvement of pregnant women's health manual.

排除标准：

①有山药过敏史者；②妊娠合并其他并发症者；③经医生诊断需使用药物治疗者；④正在接受除常规饮食疗法外的其他饮食疗法者；⑤有认知障碍及精神疾病病人。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) People with a history of yam allergy; (2) Pregnancy complicated with other complications; (3) Those who need to use drugs as diagnosed by doctors; (4) those who are receiving other dietary therapy in addition to regular dietary therapy; (5) Patients with cognitive impairment and mental illness.
