主要研究目的 明确长期口服抗血小板药物对拔牙术后出血的影响 次要研究目的 （1）分析影响拔牙后出血的其他危险因素 （2）评估血栓弹力图对拔牙术后出血的预测作用  

Objectives of Study：

Main Research Purposes To clarify the effect of long-term oral antiplatelet drugs on bleeding after teeth extraction. Secondary Research Objectives ( 1 ) Analysis of the effect of other risk factors on bleeding after teeth extraction. ( 2 ) To evaluate the predictive effect of thrombelastogram on bleeding after teeth extraction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 心电监护的拔牙患者； 2.18岁≤年龄≤85岁； 3. 接受单种抗血小板药物（阿司匹林/氯吡格雷）治疗（≥ 6 个月）； 4. 血常规及凝血功能正常的患者(包括近6月内血液检查)。

Inclusion criteria

1. Electrocardiogram monitoring of tooth extraction patients; 2. Age between 18 years and 85years; 3. Receive a single antiplatelet drug ( aspirin / clopidogrel ) treatment ( ≥ 6 months ); 4. Patients with normal blood routine and coagulation function (including blood tests within the past 6 months).

排除标准：

1.埋伏牙、阻生牙等拔除难度大的牙齿； 2.血液性疾病及其他对凝血有影响的系统性疾病； 3.同期使用其他抗血栓药物或有活血功能的中药； 4.出血史或出血倾向（既往大出血、严重贫血或血小板减少）； 5.肝肾功能异常； 6.口腔内有出血； 7.妊娠期妇女； 8.具有拔牙禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Extraction of difficult teeth such as embedded teeth and impacted teeth; 2.Blood diseases and other systemic diseases that affect coagulation; 3.Use other antithrombotic drugs or traditional Chinese medicine with blood-activating function at the same time; 4.Bleeding history or bleeding tendency ( previous massive hemorrhage, severe anemia or thrombocytopenia ); 5.Abnormal liver and kidney function; 6.Bleeding in the mouth; 7.Pregnant women; 8.With tooth extraction contraindications.
