研究目的：

验证基于瑞马唑仑的 TIVA 下接受扁桃体/腺样体切除术的小儿患者术后第 1 天（POD1）的 QoR-15 不劣于基于丙泊酚的 TIVA 的假设，为小儿扁桃体腺切除术的加速康复提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To validate the hypothesis that QoR-15 on postoperative day 1 (POD1) in pediatric patients undergoing tonsil/adenoidectomy under remimazolam-based TIVA is noninferior to propofol-based TIVA, and to provide a rationale for accelerated recovery from pediatric tonsil adenoidectomy.

纳入标准：

纳入标准 （1）ASA I-II 级 （2）年龄 7-15 岁

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria (1) ASA class I-II (2) Age 7-15 years old

排除标准：

（1）达到术后需要转入儿科重症监护病房的标准，如呼吸暂停低通气指数＞25、术前接受家庭氧疗、清醒时气道阻塞 （2）正在使用镇静或抗惊厥药物 （3）患有精神疾病 （4）合并严重心、肝、肾功能异常者及精神异常者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Meeting the criteria for postoperative transfer to the pediatric intensive care unit, such as apnea hypopnea index >25, preoperative home oxygen therapy, and airway obstruction during wakefulness (2) Being on sedative or anticonvulsant medications (3) Suffering from psychiatric disorders (4) Comorbidities with severe cardiac, hepatic, and renal dysfunction, and psychiatric anomalies
