研究目的：

探究经皮椎间孔镜髓核摘除术术后复发的危险因素，并开发一个有效的预测模型  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring risk factors for postoperative recurrence after percutaneous laminectomy for nucleus pulposus removal and developing an effective predictive model

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 根据临床表现和影像学特征诊断为单一节段腰椎间盘突出症的患者； 2. 有完整的影像学资料，包括X射线片、CT、MRI； 3. 无手术禁忌证且有明显的手术指征的患者

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed with single-segment lumbar disc herniation based on clinical presentation and imaging features; 2. With complete imaging data, including X-ray film, CT, MRI; 3. Patients without contraindications to surgery and with obvious indications for surgery.

排除标准：

1. 合并心脑肾等严重器质性病变的患者； 2. 合并中枢神经系统疾病存在认知功能障碍的患者； 3. 腰椎不稳、腰椎滑脱症、先天性脊柱侧弯引起的腰椎间盘突出症患者； 4. 临床资料不全的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe organic lesions such as cardio-cerebral and renal diseases combined; 2. Patients with cognitive dysfunction in combination with central nervous system diseases; 3. Patients with lumbar instability, lumbar spondylolisthesis, and lumbar disc herniation caused by congenital scoliosis; 4. Patients with incomplete clinical information.
