研究目的：

1)揭示强支抗内收拔牙病例患者性别、前牙拥挤度的支抗控制差异 2）揭示上颌第一磨牙采用TPA（横腭杆）与否的支抗控制差异 3）分析数字化治疗方案与临床实际的差异 4）探讨无托槽隐形矫治技术力学机制并进行临床验证  

Objectives of Study：

1）to reveal the difference of Anchorage control to restraction between male and female patients and the degree of anterior crowding in extraction patients 2) to reveal the difference of anchorage control of maxillary first molars with or without TPA (transverse palatal bar) 3) to analyze the difference between the designed and achieved of digital therapy. 4) to explore the mechanical mechanism of the technique of inviscid orthodontic treatment without bracket and to validate it in clinical.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 安氏I类和安氏II类,∠SNA≥79°，∠SNB≤84°
2) 经临床诊断需要拔除第一前磨牙，需强支抗内收病例。
3) 已经萌出永久性牙齿。
4) 无特殊影响正畸的全身性系统疾病，颞下颌关节健康，牙周健康。

Inclusion criteria

（1）Class I&II malocclusion ∠SNA≥79°∠SNB≤84°
（2）First premolar extraction treatmen and strong anchorage to reraction base on the clinical diagnosis required.
（3）Permanent teeth have erupted.
（4）There was no systemic disease of temporomandibular joint affecting orthodontic treatment.

排除标准：

（1）年龄大于30岁或小于12岁；
（2）安氏III类患者；
（3）患者患有系统性疾病或骨发育异常者；
（4）患有颞下颌关节病及严重牙周疾病进展期患者；
（5）自律性差，不能自觉按要求佩戴保持器者。

Exclusion criteria：

（1）Older than 30 or younger than 12
（2）Class III malocclusion
（3）Patients with systemic disease or bone dysplasia
（4）Patients with progressive temporomandibular joint disease and severe periodontal disease
（5）Poor self-discipline can not consciously wear the retainer as required
