研究目的：

评估和比较爱立敷硅酮粘胶泡沫敷料相比Cosmopor E Steri1在肩袖缝合修复术后伤口管理方面的非劣效性和伤口护理成本，为肩袖缝合修复术后伤口敷料的选择提供更多方案。  

Objectives of Study：

The objectives of this study are to evaluate and compare the non-inferiority and wound care costs of Allevyn Gentle Border versus Cosmopor E Steri1 in wound management and to provide practitioners with a useful addition to their choice of dressings after rotator cuff repair.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18~80岁；（2）初次接受肩袖缝合修复手术；（3）以相同方法进行肩袖缝合修复术（手术方式、缝合方式及缝合材料均相同）；（4）患者依从性良好，能定期完成随访；（4）自愿参与研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(I)Aged 18 ~ 80 years old; (II) initial rotator cuff repair; (III) rotator cuff repair with the same method (surgical methods, suture methods and suture materials are the same); (IV) good patient compliance and ability to complete follow-up regularly; (V) voluntary participation in the study, signed informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）合并高血压病、糖尿病、低蛋白血症、营养不良（BMI＜18.5kg /m2）、重度肥胖（BMI＞28kg /m2）、类风湿性疾病、肿瘤、结缔组织疾病及其他免疫缺陷疾病、血友病、患肢血管疾病、银屑病、放射性损伤、坏疽、遗传性疾病、贫血、痛风、等可能影响伤口愈合的疾病；（2）长期使用免疫抑制剂、糖皮质激素、生物制剂、抗凝剂、抗血小板药，且术前没有规范调整和停药者；（3）长期吸烟或饮酒史；（4）手术部位有手术史或发生过感染；（5）术前手术部位有瘢痕、皮损、皮疹；（6）手术部位近期（1月内）做过针灸、小针刀、药物注射等有创操作；（7）患有牛皮癣、湿疹或皮炎等皮肤病的患者；（8）对任何敷料成分过敏的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(I)combined with hypertension, diabetes, hypoproteinemia, malnutrition (BMI < 18.5 kg/m2), severe obesity (BMI > 28 kg/m2), rheumatoid disease, tumor, connective tissue disease, hemophilia, limb vascular disease, psoriasis, radiation injury, gangrene, genetic diseases, anemia, gout, and other diseases that may affect wound healing; (II) long-term use of immunosuppressive agents, glucocorticoids, biological agents, anticoagulants, antiplatelet drugs, and preoperative no standardized adjustment and withdrawal; (III) long-term smoking or drinking history; (IV) history of surgery or infection at the surgical site; (V) scar, skin lesion, rash at surgical site prior to surgery; (VI) Invasive procedures such as acupuncture, small needle knife, and drug injection at the surgical site recently (within 1 month); (Ⅶ) patients with psoriasis, eczema or dermatitis and other skin diseases; (Ⅷ) allergic to any dressing components.
