研究目的：

本研究拟比较在胸科手术后分别使用舒更葡糖钠（国产）与新斯的明进行拮抗，观察舒更葡糖钠（国产）用于胸科术后神经肌肉阻滞拮抗的效果，为优化麻醉过程中肌松药及其拮抗剂使用方案提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to compare the use of sugammadex (domestic) and neostigmine for antagonism after thoracic surgery, and observe the effect of sugammadex (domestic) on neuromuscular blockade antagonism after thoracic surgery, in order to provide a basis for optimizing the use of muscle relaxants and their antagonists during anesthesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.行全麻择期肺部手术，需行气管内插管的患者；(2)年龄＞18岁，性别不限；(3)美国麻醉医师协会ASA Ⅰ-Ⅲ级；(4)使用罗库溴铵进行神经肌肉阻滞； (5)患者自愿参加该试验。；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who undergo elective lung surgery under general anesthesia and require endotracheal intubation;
2.(2)Age>18 years old, gender not limited;
3.(3)American Society of Anesthesiologists ASA Level I-III;
4.(4)Use rocuronium bromide for neuromuscular blockade;
5.(5)The patient voluntarily participated in the trial.;

排除标准：

1.患者明确拒绝参加本试验；(2)家族性恶性高热遗传病史，对舒更葡糖钠、新斯的明成份及其辅料过敏的患者，对全身麻醉过程中使用药物过敏的患者；(3)存在气管畸形或可疑困难气道的患者，凝血功能障碍的患者，严重肝肾功能障碍患者，严重肺部疾病患者；(4)术后不拔管送病房或ICU的患者；(5)研究者认为具有任何其他不宜参加此试验因素的患者。；

Exclusion criteria：

1.The patient explicitly refused to participate in this trial;
2.(2)Family history of malignant hyperthermia, patients with allergies to sodium sulbactam, neostigmine ingredients and their excipients, and patients with allergies to drugs used during general anesthesia;
3.(3)Patients with tracheal malformations or suspected difficult airways, coagulation dysfunction, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, and severe lung disease;
4.(4)Patients who are not extubated and sent to the ward or ICU after surgery;
5.(5)The researchers believe that patients with any other unfavorable factors to participate in this trial.;
