研究目的：

应用影像组学方法，对RA-ILD患者的HRCT图像进行深入分析，分别提取UIP模式和NSIP模式的影像组学特征，构建影像组学分类诊断模型。此外，还将结合临床特征，构建综合模型，开发基于综合模型的列线图，评估模型诊断效能，以期实现精准识别和监测RA-ILD，为临床决策提供有力证据。  

Objectives of Study：

Applying radiomics methods, HRCT images of RA-ILD patients will be analyzed in depth, and the radiomics features of UIP mode and NSIP mode will be extracted respectively to construct a radiomics classification diagnostic model. In addition, a comprehensive model will be constructed by combining the clinical features, and a column-line diagram based on the comprehensive model will be developed to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of the model, with the aim of realizing the precise identification and monitoring of RA-ILD, and providing powerful evidence for clinical decision-making.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.诊断为RA的患者，诊断符合2010美国风湿病学会（ACR）和欧洲抗风湿病联盟(EULAR)提出的RA诊断标准；
2.RA患者的胸部HRCT诊断为间质性肺疾病；
3.年龄大于18岁。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients diagnosed with RA meet the diagnostic criteria for RA proposed by the American College of Rheumatology ACR and the European League Against Rheumatism EULAR in 2010;
2.Diagnosis of interstitial lung disease by chest HRCT in patients with RA;
3.Be over 18 years old.

排除标准：

1.经临床、病原学、影像学、病理学综合诊断为RA合并其他结缔组织病、合并肺部感染、合并肺结核、合并肿瘤的患者；
2.经临床、病原学、影像学、病理学综合诊断未明者；
3.由职业病、药物、环境、心功能不全引起的肺部疾病或有其他合并症者；
4.存在严重精神疾病者；
5.HRCT影像图片存在伪影；
6.资料不完整者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with RA combined with other connective tissue diseases lung infection pulmonary tuberculosis and tumor which were diagnosed comprehensively through clinical etiological imaging and pathological examinations;
2.Patients with unclear diagnosis based on clinical, etiological, imaging, and pathological comprehensive diagnosis;
3.Lung disease caused by occupational disease, drug, environment, cardiac insufficiency, or other comorbidities;
4.Persons with serious mental illness;
5.There are artifacts in HRCT images;
6.Data is incomplete.
