研究目的：

盆底功能障碍（PFD）是产后妇女的常见疾病。盆底肌肉训练 （PFMT） 和功能性磁刺激（FMS）单独治疗盆底功能障碍（PFD）均有一定的效果。但联合治疗产后PFD的中枢和外周影响尚不清楚。本研究旨在从中枢和外周的层面比较 PFMT + FMS 与 PFMT + 假FMS 对产后PFD的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

Pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD) is a common disorder in postpartum women. Pelvic floor muscle training (PFMT) and functional magnetic stimulation (FMS) are both effective in treating pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD) alone. However, the central and peripheral effects of combined treatment of postpartum PFD are unknown. This study aimed to compare the effectiveness of PFMT + FMS versus PFMT + sham FMS for postpartum PFD at the central and peripheral levels.

纳入标准：

1: 经会阴四维超声诊断为盆底功能障碍的产后女性 2: 年龄20 ~ 40岁 3: 产后超过42天，无恶露排出

Inclusion criteria

1: postpartum PFD women diagnosed by transperineal four-dimensional ultrasound 2: aged 20 ~ 40 years 3: more than 42 days postpartum with no discharge

排除标准：

1: 阴道出血 2: 恶性肿瘤 3: 妊娠 4: 精神疾病 5: 认知障碍 6: 磁刺激禁忌症

Exclusion criteria：

1: vaginal bleeding 2: malignancy 3: pregnancy 4: psychiatric disorder 5: cognitive disorder
