研究目的：

同传统的血凝块缝合固定技术比较，评估CGF填塞+CGF膜缝合技术对OAC修复的临床效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical effect of CGF+CGF membrane suture technology on the repair of OAC compared with the traditional blood clot suture technology.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 上颌前磨牙或磨牙符合拔牙适应症 ② 拔牙术前CBCT显示牙根进入上颌窦内，拔牙术后Valsalva试验阳性，拔牙术后CBCT检查上颌窦底骨皮质连续缺失最大直径为3-5mm ③ 成年人（18岁≤年龄≤70岁），愿意并能够给予知情同意

Inclusion criteria

① Maxillary premolars or molars meet the indications for tooth extraction ② Before tooth extraction, CBCT showed that the root of the tooth entered the maxillary sinus. After tooth extraction, the Valsalva test was positive, and CBCT showed that the maximum diameter of continuous cortical loss in the maxillary sinus floor was 3-5mm ③ Adults (18 years ≤ 70 years) are willing and able to provide informed consent

排除标准：

① 除拔牙外造成的口腔上颌窦交通，包括但不限于上颌窦提升术、恶性肿瘤、牙源性囊肿和肿瘤样疾病，骨髓炎、放射性骨坏死和药物相关性颌骨坏死 ② 牙周炎III期或IV期（邻面临床附着丧失最重位点≥5mm或放射学骨丧失延伸至根中1/3区及以上等） ③ 上颌窦急性炎症，或上颌窦慢性炎症未能控制 ④ 口腔内存在急性感染性疾病 ⑤ 严重心脏病（半年内发生心肌梗死者、近期心绞痛频繁发作者等） ⑥ 严重的血液系统疾病（血友病、白血病、恶性淋巴瘤等） ⑦ 可能影响正常愈合的活动性传染病 ⑧ 肝或肾功能不全/衰竭 ⑨ 目前正在接受癌症治疗或者完成放化疗后18个月内 ⑩ 未能控制的糖尿病：HbA1c>7.0%或空腹血糖＞8.88mmol/L（160mg/dl） ? 怀孕或处于备孕阶段 ? 大量烟草使用（吸烟＞10支/天） ? 摄入已知对骨骼或软组织代谢有很大影响的药物，如抗骨吸收类药物（双膦酸盐类药物等）

Exclusion criteria：

① Oral maxillary sinus traffic caused by tooth extraction, including but not limited to maxillary sinus elevation surgery, malignant tumors, odontogenic cysts, and tumor like diseases, osteomyelitis, radiation-induced osteonecrosis, and drug-related jawbone necrosis ② Suffering from stage III or IV periodontitis (most severe site of adjacent clinical attachment loss ≥ 5mm or radiographic bone loss extending to the middle one-third or more of the tooth root) ③ Acute inflammation of the maxillary sinus or uncontrolled chronic inflammation of the maxillary sinus ④ Acute infectious diseases in the mouth ⑤ Severe heart disease (those who have experienced myocardial infarction within six months, recent frequent occurrences of angina, etc.) ⑥ Severe hematological diseases (hemophilia, leukemia, malignant lymphoma, etc.) ⑦ Active infectious diseases that may affect normal healing ⑧ Liver or renal insufficiency/failure ⑨ Currently undergoing cancer treatment or within 18 months after completing radiotherapy or chemotherapy ⑩ Uncontrolled diabetes: HbA1c>7.0% or fasting blood glucose>8.88mmol/L (160mg/dl) ? Pregnancy or in the preparatory stage ? Excessive tobacco use (smoking>10 cigarettes/day) ? Ingestion of drugs known to have a significant impact on bone or soft tissue metabolism, such as anti bone resorptive drugs (bisphosphonates, etc.)
