研究目的：

通过对接受益气养阴法治疗前后的HIV/AIDS患者进行观察，测定外周血细胞毒性CD4+数量及HMGB1、GSDMD表达水平，探寻经过太芪培元颗粒治疗前后该类指标表达差异性，论证太芪培元颗粒治疗经对HIV/AIDS患者CD4+细胞毒性T细胞生成作用的研究，为太芪培元颗粒治疗的机制探寻提供实验室依据，进一步阐明中医药治疗艾滋病的作用靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

The amount of cytotoxic CD4 + and the expression of HMGB1 and GSDMD in peripheral blood of HIV/AIDS patients before and after treatment were observed, to explore the difference of CD4 + cytotoxic T cells before and after treatment with Taiqi Peiyuan granule, and to demonstrate the effect of Taiqi Peiyuan granule on CD4 + cytotoxic T cells in HIV/AIDS patients, to provide laboratory basis for exploring the mechanism of Taiqi Peiyuan granule, and further clarify the therapeutic target of Chinese medicine on AIDS.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)HIV 抗体阳性，经Western Blot确证实验证实； 2)年龄≥18岁且≤60岁； 3)辨证属气阴两虚证者； 4)受试者自愿并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) HIV antibody positive, confirmed by Western Blot; 2) age ≥18 years old and ≤60 years old; 3) RRB- syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin; 4) voluntary and informed consent.

排除标准：

1)观察期间服用其他具有免疫调节或相关作用的药品者； 2)对本研究不能耐受者； 3) 据研究者判断可能干扰试验结果或增加患者治疗风险者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) those who took other immunomodulatory or related drugs during the observation period, 2) those who could not tolerate the study, and 3) those who, according to the judgment of the researchers, might interfere with the results of the trial or increase the patients' treatment risk.
