研究目的：

探索RA合并大肠息肉的独立危险因素，以便通过及时干预，减少类风湿性关节炎患者大肠息肉、大肠癌发病率，也为后续研究RA患者大肠息肉发病机制奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the independent risk factors of RA complicated with colorectal polyps, in order to reduce the incidence of colorectal polyps and colorectal cancer in patients with rheumatoid arthritis through timely intervention, and to lay a foundation for subsequent research on the pathogenesis of colorectal polyps in patients with RA.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合类风湿关节炎2010年西医诊断标准；②符合大肠息肉诊断标准；③完善肠镜检查；④年龄不限，性别不限；⑤所需临床资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the diagnostic criteria of rheumatoid arthritis in Western medicine in 2010; ② It meets the diagnostic criteria of large intestine polyp; ③ Improve colonoscopy; ④Age and gender were not limited; ⑤ Complete clinical data required.

排除标准：

①重叠系统性红斑狼疮、强直性脊柱炎、原发性干燥综合征等其他风湿病者；②合并严重心、肝、肾功能不全者；③患有严重心脑血管疾病、血液系统疾病、重度高血压、严重糖尿病等重大疾病者；④合并严重感染者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Overlapping systemic lupus erythematosus, ankylosing spondylitis, primary Sjogren's syndrome and other rheumatic diseases; ② Patients with severe heart, liver and renal insufficiency;③Patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, blood system diseases, severe hypertension, severe diabetes and other major diseases; ④ Complicated with severe infected persons.
