研究目的：

观察评估补充Life Enhancer 益生菌胶囊治疗中老年尿路感染的安全性及有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and efficacy of supplementation with Life Enhancer Probiotic Capsules in the treatment of urinary tract infections in middle-aged women.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合单纯性尿路感染：细菌在下尿路中生长、繁殖而引起的尿道和膀胱炎症性疾病，包括尿道炎和膀胱炎。 （2）女性≥35岁 （3）本次发病符合尿路感染诊断标准 参考离心中段尿沉渣白细胞数≥10个/HP，或尿路感染症状。2.正式清洁中间尿(尿液需要停留在膀胱4~6h以上)细菌定量培养，菌落数≥105/ml。 （4）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Consistent with simple urinary tract infection: inflammatory diseases of the urethra and bladder caused by the growth and multiplication of bacteria in the lower urinary tract, including urethritis and cystitis. (2) Female≥ 35 years old (3) The onset of this disease met the diagnostic criteria for urinary tract infection Refer to the number of leukocytes in the urine sediment in the middle of the centrifugation ≥ 10 cells/HP, or symptoms of urinary tract infection. 2. Formal cleaning of intermediate urine (urine needs to stay in the bladder for more than 4~6h) bacterial quantitative culture, colony number ≥ 105/ml. (4) Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）复杂性尿路感染；反复发作尿路感染 （2）由支原体、衣原体、真菌、寄生虫等引起泌尿系统感染； （3）由泌尿系结石等引起的继发性尿路感染； （4）合并糖尿病，心、肝、肾、造血系统、呼吸系统等疾病或影响其生存的严重疾病； （5）合并免疫系统疾病或入组前1个月内接受过免疫相关治疗； （6）膀胱肿瘤、子宫癌、宫颈癌、阴道癌或尿道癌等泌尿系统肿瘤病史； （7）近3个月内参加过药物临床试验，或正在服用其它相关中西药物者，如已经服用预防性抗生素治疗尿路感染。 (8) 妊娠期及哺乳期妇女

Exclusion criteria：

(1) complicated urinary tract infection; Recurrent urinary tract infections (2) Urologic tract infections caused by mycoplasma, chlamydia, fungi, parasites, etc.; (3) Secondary urinary tract infection caused by urinary stones, etc.; (4) Combined with diabetes, heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, respiratory system and other diseases or serious diseases that affect their survival; (5) Co-ordinated immune system disease or immune-related therapy within 1 month before enrollment; (6) History of urinary system tumors such as bladder tumors, uterine cancer, cervical cancer, vaginal cancer or urethral cancer; (7) Those who have participated in drug clinical trials in the past 3 months, or are taking other related Chinese and Western drugs, such as those who have taken preventive antibiotics to treat urinary tract infection. (8) Pregnant and lactating women
