研究目的：

本研究通过观察近视进展期儿童佩戴周边离焦软性角膜接触镜后周边离焦状态，客观分析其防治效果及视觉质量。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we observe the peripheral defocus status of children with progressive myopia when they wear peripheral defocusing soft contact lenses, and the prevention and treatment effects as well as visual quality were objectively analyzed.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄在8-14岁之间的近视儿童；
2、对照组为年龄、性别、度数相匹配的佩戴相同时间OK镜的近视儿童；
3、屈光度-1.00D至-4.00D，散光度＜1.00D，双眼矫正视力达到1.0及以上。

Inclusion criteria

1. Myopia children aged 8-14 years;
2. The control group is myopic children with age, gender and degree matching and wearing OK mirror at the same time;
3. Refractive power -1.00D to -4.00D, astigmatism <1.00D, binocular corrected visual acuity of 1.0 and above.

排除标准：

有眼部手术史、外伤史，其他角膜病史、青光眼家族史。

Exclusion criteria：

History of eye surgery, trauma, other corneal diseases, family history of glaucoma.
