研究目的：

通过评估病例血脂去除前后血清总胆固醇 、TG等关键指标下降程度，比较两种治疗模式的循环血量、去除血脂剂量、关键指标下降比率及不良反应发生率，总结分析“杂合式”及“单重血浆置换”血脂去除两种模式治疗高脂血症的优势与不足。  

Objectives of Study：

By evaluating the reduction degree of serum total cholesterol, TG and other key indicators before and after the removal of serum lipids, and comparing the circulating blood volume, the removal dose, the reduction rate of key indicators and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two treatment modes, the advantages and disadvantages of "heterozygotic" and "single double plasma exchange" lipid removal modes in the treatment of hyperlipidemia were summarized and analyzed.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①门诊或住院患者； ②我院诊断为高脂血症的患者（血脂指标中甘油三脂大于正常值 [范围（0.4~1.73）mmol/L] 上限）； ③进行一次或多次血脂去除治疗，血脂去除方式为杂合式血脂去除模式或者单重血浆置换去除模式； ④年龄18岁-80岁； ⑤有治疗前后血脂指标检测记录：血清总胆固醇 、甘油三脂 、高(低)密度脂蛋白； ⑥有身高、体重、年龄记录及治疗设备登记； ⑦有血脂去除治疗记录：生命体征(BP、HR、SPO2)、血常规值（wbc、 rbc、 Plt 、Hct、Hb ）、凝血功能（TP）值，有全血容量、循环量、去除血脂剂量及不良反应发生记录。

Inclusion criteria

① Outpatient or inpatient patients; ② Patients diagnosed with hyperlipidemia in our hospital (triglycerides in the lipid index were greater than the upper limit of the normal value [range (0.4-1.73) mmol/L]); (3) One or more blood lipid removal treatments were performed, which were heterozygous blood lipid removal mode or single plasma exchange removal mode; ④ Age 18-80 years old; ⑤ There were blood lipid index detection records before and after treatment: serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, high (low) density lipoprotein; (6) Record height, weight, age and registration of treatment equipment; Serum lipid removal treatment records: vital signs (BP, HR, SPO2), routine blood values (wbc, rbc, Plt, Hct, Hb), coagulation function (TP) values, whole blood volume, circulation volume, serum lipid removal dose and adverse reactions were recorded.

排除标准：

①治疗中断：破膜、过敏反应等原因未完成血脂去除治疗； ②患者资料缺失：治疗前后仅有一次关键指标存档等；

Exclusion criteria：

① Treatment interruption: membrane rupture, allergic reaction and other reasons did not complete lipid removal treatment; ② Lack of patient data: only one key index was archived before and after treatment;
